Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyParking was right under the hotel, but definitely designed for smaller cars. I would not recommend taking a full size car or SUV into it. Overall, however, there was nothing to not like.
Fantastic hotel. Great breakfast. Fantastic room. We were surprised to find a clear, glass section of the wall between the bathroom shower and the main room. Makes for a great show!! I bit trendy for younger folk perhaps, but not necessarily needed for us older folk. Nevertheless, the room was fantastic, as would be expected rom the Raddison name. It was a few blocks from the waterfront and main walking streets, but that kept us away from the very crowded main tourist areas while still being within reasonable walking distance. About 5 min walk away from the Rheinturm. Right next door to Okinii. The location makes it easy to get to while avoiding the downtown traffic.

United StatesSome fixtures and odds and ends were very cheap. The faucets for both sinks in the bathroom room were loose and wobbly. Cheap materials that are not holding up well. A little disappointing given what was being charged for the room.
The property was ideally suited for the areas we wanted to visit. Very nice by the waterfront. Staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. Room was great for the most part. Certainly comfortable and well appointed.
