Hotel was very central and with walking distance of restaurants, beer houses, shops etc and transport links (ie s bahn Station at one end of the street). Would have appreciated access to a dressing gown in the room. Used to showers with thermostatic mixing valves which readily maintain a fixed flow temperature.

Location was great, its nice that it is not that close from train station the absolute center of the city but it is vey close, so you dont have the noise but you're close to good places for food and drinks. Breakfast was really good, staff is very kind.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but the bathroom felt somewhat outdated. At 250 euro per night, the price seemed a bit high for the value provided.

Friendly reception when we arrived. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet. Prior to our arrival we were warned about possible noise due to renovation work taking place in the hotel but it wasn’t as loud as we had feared and we appreciated the free drink offered by the hotel. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and we enjoyed an excellent dinner especially the homemade “Käsespätzle!”

considering how much was the hotel (not expensive and not cheap) all was good

since we wanted to stay close to sightseeing's, it was perfect. bed was very comfortable and room size was very good. we were also provided welcome drinks and delicious chocolate which was very nice :) breakfast was small but still ok

We were a little surprised there were no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Would have been aware had we read all the details but had assumed this was standard. We happened to visit when there were protests going on locally and the hotel rightly secured/locked the front door. However when we returned we waited a long time for anyone to open the front door - we had to press the door bell and wait.

The hotel is well located near public transport and to the city centre with the Christmas markets. Communication from the hotel was good in advance and throughout the check in process. The room and bathroom were a decent size. Welcome note and treat in the room were a nice touch.

Property was great. If I had to say one thing, it would be that it would be nice to have a kettle in the room.

The room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked well in the bathroom. Staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate a birthday in the restaurant. Thank you to Anel, our server and the entire staff. Breakfast was very good.

Was not a fan of the giant clunky actual key, and hope they upgrade to key-cards soon. Since there were two of us but only one key, we would leave the key at the front desk like in some 1960s movie when I headed to work and my spouse headed into town for fun. Granted, that was only a minor annoyance, but still, not what I would expect.

This hotel is a great combination of location, comfort and value. When I visit Stuttgart I like to stay in Stadtmitte, and this hotel is within sight of the entrance to the Stadtmitte S-Bahn, which makes it very convenient, and easily walkable to the main pedestrian zone and shopping. There are also some great restaurants, bakeries and pubs nearby, so the location is perfect. The hotel itself is very comfortable, with a good-sized room, nice bed, and decent-sized bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and given the location, the hotel is a good value. I will stay here again.

It was very loud in the morning because there was construction going on near the hotel. We got woken up at 7 am.

This was my second stay at the hotel. The hotel is nicely located. The room we had was very big and very clean. Comfy bed.
