The instructions how to connect to WiFi could have been better..

Location was excellent. Good but pricey breakfast (not justifying the price) I could not connect to WiFi with my laptop and it was a problem for me as I needed to attend a videoconference. After I called the reception, they were able to help me but it took some time.. Cleanliness and comfort were also good

Great location and good amenities. The breakfast is also good (not great). There's everything you need for a short stay, with comfort, cleanliness, friendly staff and silence. The internet is also usable and the welcome bottle of water is refreshing. The prices are also very fair. Very fast check-in process if you complete the online form.

A sign to show where the parking is would be helpful as I had to park outside in a no-parking zone while my wife ran in to ask. If I was alone it would have been difficult. Or if there is already a small sign then maybe make it bigger as we didnt see it.

Super location, renovated hotel and very handy parking at rear. Walk out the door of the hotel and you are in the city centre. Parking costs EUR18 for the night but is worth it as its in a private area at the back of the hotel. They did a very good job at upgrading the hotel while still keeping some of the original features.

We complained that the room was cold. Your receptionist went to check and insisted that we left windows open. But we never touched the windows. We didn't even know we can open those. Plus we would not open them as my friend needs warmth. The receptionist was very polite apart from this incident. Our bathroom radiator was not working at all. The hotel did not have a heater to heat the bathroom. My friend who suffers from thyroid gland problem found it difficult to be in the cold bathroom and especially where there was no bath tub for her to warm up. I have not realised that I had to book a room that would have a bath. I thought all room have a bath and a shower. This is my mistake. I will pay more attention the next time I am booking a hotel room.

Room key, with an actual key, making that in a rush one could forget to lock the room. My habit is to just walk away on the closing door instead of stopping and checking to lock the door.

- Wish they have a refridge in the room. - They have a device to do check-in process, but it always takes a while to check-in/out. If there is one customer in front of me, I always have to wait 10 mins or so. Not sure if it is how they process or the other customers are slow though.

- Location is great! Very convenient in the downtown Stuttgart. - Parking is very useful. We stayed here a couple times, and they always have parking available. - The hotel is the center of the town, but always quiet even midnight.

The location was perfect for getting around the town centre on foot with shopping centres, coffee shops, and restaurants just a minutes walk away. The bed was very comfortable and the room in general was a very high standard. The double lock feature of the door added an extra layer of security as a solo female traveler.

The room has a bathroom, but there was a lack of a bathrobe and slippers. Otherwise, everything is excellent! And there was another unpleasant situation as soon as we checked in. We were given a room key and a card, which indicated the wrong room number. Accordingly, we accidentally went into someone else's room, which turned out to be open, and we saw other people's things. We immediately left and returned to the reception desk. We were quickly and politely helped to deal with the situation. This did not spoil our impression since everything was fine after that and the staff politely apologized. Anything can happen - this is a human factor. However, I don’t think that the visitors we accidentally visited think the same way and will be right! Therefore, the situation is not very pleasant. If they entered my room, I would be extremely unhappy. It is worth bearing in mind that hotel guests never forget to lock their rooms with a key! :)

Very polite and friendly staff. Help with any questions. Very convenient that the front desk is open 24/7. The hotel has an excellent location. It is located in the very center. Lots of places to eat. Very convenient transport location, including easy access to and from the airport by metro. There are historical sights within walking distance.
