When I arrived, I waited over 5 minutes to get the parking door open. Then they asked me to check in first and then they would open the garage door. Once I checked in, they told me the garage was fully occupied and I had to park outside. Lobby was uncomfortable and the room was small. Breakfast didn’t have variety of fruits, only can pineapple.

The hotel did not clean the room, even when we specified in their online system and also asked in person. It was clear they do not do proper cleaning between guests either. Dissapointing for such a modern hotel with many amenities they told us if we needed slippers we had to buy them at vending machine. No laundry service. Overall really dissapointed.

The room does not have a telephone, we were traveling with other colleagues and we had no way of contacting the other rooms, I had to ask for a new towel set and I had to get dressed and go down to reception to ask for it, very uncomfortable not having a telephone in the room . The room is cramped, there is no space for 2 people to open their bags, the glass bathroom is very uncomfortable, no privacy... I chose the hotel over the internet, I thought it would be much better for the price I paid.

The reception team was very cordial, we were immensely well attended by Lucas at our checkin, in addition to welcoming us, offering to store our bags until checkin time, offering us a map and giving us several tips about the city. Breakfast is reasonable. However, for the price charged I expected more.

Had an issue with payment & it was so hard to get in touch with the hotel, in person, to get it resolved. Lots of emails went back & forth, so took several days to sort where as if I could have spoken with someone it could have been done & dusted straightaway.

Location was good to be able to attend the Cologne Tool Show.

unfortunately, we could not sleep due to the noise from a night club nearby. everything else was perfectly fine but I have to give the worst rating for a sleepless night. earplugs didn’t help either…we stayed from Saturday to Sunday, but I suppose it’s fine if you stay during the week (when the night club is closed)

Hotel is fine but if you're you're staying for business and need a receipt for your stay....well they said they'll email it and I've now asked 5 separate times. I wouldn't stay again, it's a waste of time having to chase for this.

To say the shower design in our room is flawed would be an understatement. A 5 minute shower led to water spilling over half our bedroom floor, getting some of our luggage soaked in the process.

After using the shower the water did not drain away adequately and leaked into the main bedroom. It wasn't easy to see and someone could easily have slipped and hurt themselves. The other problems we had were related to the use of the card for the lift, accessing the room and operating the lights but that was because we have not encountered this before!! I checked in online as instructed to supposedly reduce the checking in time on arrival but had to fill in exactly the same form with exactly the same information on arrival, so didn't save any time at all!

Very good breakfast with lots of choice. Bed very comfortable.

the shower is an actual nightmare. we didn’t have a door and our toilet was in the shower. so extremely dangerous too. water seeping out onto the entire floor outside the shower and inside. no rubber mat or anything . extremely slippery. never ever could a shower like that exist in the united states. lawsuit galore. there’s absolutely nothing to eat, but a 24-7 bar? said there was some “pizzas” they could make . after breakfast there isn’t a food item available. said there were snacks in the “galleys” was just beers and some gummi bears

Very poor value for money. The visit was full of small disappointments and problems which were never dealbreaking, but consistently annoying. For most of my stay there was a problem with the elevators so I had to use the stairs. The water pressure in the shower was low. The "customized" soap and shampoo smelled bad. The hotel didn't provide laundry services and the staff were unhelpful, providing false information and only saying "we don't do this here". After trial and error, I ended up walking to the 25hours hotel nearby and doing it there. Online it looked very appealing, but the overall experience is the opposite of what you're supposed to feel in a hotel.

.Room wasn't clean when we arrived. Crumbs and stain on bed, and soiled pillow. Rectified quickly after complaint. Bed had very sharp corner and little room to manoeuvre around it, so hurt my leg Shower flooded toilet area due to improper seal. The last night was poor value with room rate over twice the first night.
