It is needed to offer water in at your hotels rooms. Water is the most basic need, it should be included and not charged at a vending machine. I was also disgusted by the fact that you do not have a mini bar, at least an empty one so we can store the water we bought. I had some snacks with me that needed to put outside the window in order to queep it frash. For me is a "no go" next time to your facilities

The property was perfect for mixed adult family group. The breakfast was great and the check in staff immediately understood why we needed our rooms to be near each other.

You get a cool Marshall Bluetooth speaker in the room but the walls are a bit thin and the neighbour to us had the bass on the speaker turned to 11.. So if you are a light sleeper just keep in mind the walls are a bit thin. I did say it to reception and they sent someone up to ask to turn down the speaker.. Usually I'm not one to be annoyed by it but this was extreme the bass vibrated through the floor and when you put your head on the pillow it was like the bass was in your ear... Not the fault of the hotel of course but our neighbour.

We didn't try the breakfast but did enjoy a drink instead of having hospitality clean the room, which was a nice idea. smallish room, but very clean. with a nice shower and TV and a very comfortable bed. Location is very central and ideally located for Stuttgart. Friendly staff and The guitars and amps in the room is a great idea!

I did not like the pillows they were very hard and could not be put in shape and felt cheap. Made out of some kind of foam or plastic.

Nice bar, great room with comfortable bed and great shower gel. Staff was fantastic and helpful. Hotel is right in the city center, directly at the shopping streets but not loud.

A minibar would have been a nice touch. Of course I did not check when booking if it was part of the room's facilities or not. So maybe it was related to the room type.

Rooms are new but planned very questionably and require usability improvements: - Missing shelf for suitcases, we had to unpack & pack on the floor, it was not comfortable - No shelf or a chair to remove extra pillows from bed, we had to put on the floor - Racks for cloth are at the far end of the room, not near the entry, but at the opposite end, near bed - Water drain in shower is not powerful enough to consume all water, had to switch water off and on while in shower due to risk of flooding - Main light in the room connected with the light in shower, you cannot operate it separately, all-or-nothing :)

Overall this is good, relatively new and reasonably priced hotel. It is located perfectly - right near the central pedestrian street in the area with restaurants, coffee places, bakeries etc. nearby. There is spacious underground parking garage in the same building which is very convenient for travelers by car.

Amazing hotel in the very heart of the city. Room was supercomfy and you get access to a small kitchen with free water and tea, laundry and ironing service. The hotel has a huge very nice bar/restaurant just underneath open 24 hours. Position is top as well, in the heart of the city. 3 min walk from main attractions.
