How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The shower ....it is nice but the door needs something to stop the water coming out. I had to dry the floor every time I took a shower.
The atmosphere is very nice, comfortable, and modern. Very well located.

I miss sunshine in the morning.
I like mostly design of this hotel, rooms, halls, bar - really wonderful designed. Although during breakfast, I would prefer a sunshine instead of black wall and light of lamps. I like a position of hotel in the middle of the town and a good connection to a parking place. I highly valuate an ecology and low cost thinking of hotel, but it is without any consequences to guest´s comfort.

The service at the bar in the evening was a bit slow, but I have to say it was also quite crowded.
The Ruby Hanna is located in the city center of Stuttgart, that is ideal to explore the heart of the city and also do some shopping. The room was extremely clean. The staff was very kind and available: Simona and Ilaria helped us a lot with the check-in procedure and gave us useful tips for our visit.

The rooms were a bit warm and difficult to control the thermostat.
Super clean and comfortable rooms, very convenient to the Stuttgart city center. Parking was a breeze with a modern garage next door.

Small room shower is directly next to the bed and entrance. For hygienic reasons it would be good to provide slippers.

Everything was very good. No complaint.
The location was excellent and so close to everything in the city area. I did like the style of the lobby and also my room. All the furnishings were up to date, clean and stylish. 🥰 Also I would like to thank Nicole at the reception for her lovely and friendly personality. She was always very helpful if I needed anything.😀👍 When I come to Stuttgart again, I am going to stay with this hotel for sure!

The breakfast is pricey.
We spent 2 nights there. The hotel was brand new and everything work properly. The shower was exceptional. It was really worth the money. Location is great. If I want to go there again I will take this hotel again and again.

I genuinely missed having a coffee machine in the room; it would be better than a second Bluetooth amp. A coffee machine is a must! Meanwhile, you can visit the solid Katz bakery just two minutes away: they grind their coffee for a perfect pour, and their pastries surpass Zeit für Brot by a significant margin and without being pretentious.
First and foremost, absolute silence ... essential for a restful sleep, complemented by a hyper-comfortable bed. The shower is nothing short of a marvel. These three elements are pivotal for deeming a hotel an excellent choice. In days when hotel rooms resemble swimming pools, a crucial factor for me is the ability to tilt the windows, ensuring the intake of fresh air instead of relying on air conditioning.

Even we have faced issue with light did not switch off, we appretiate very much our stay due to friendly and extremely supportive staff. As well we like a lot their approach to change room cleaning with free drink. Good positioned hotel with very nice well lobby/restaurant/bar with interesting themed interier.
