Room size, I would have liked something a bit bigger.

How friendly the staff were. Every single member of the team was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, always acknowledging me whenever I entered the the bar and reception area. I felt completely at home and looked after. Great over head shower. Loved that.

The booking system was awkward - particularly when it came to extending my stay and trying to negotiate a discount for the total duration, this is only possible if the duration is known from the start. Unfortunate for me because a one week stay became a one month stay. Some rooms on the 5th floor have terraces, however, for some reason access is not permitted to these terraces - an unfortunate loss of a potentially wonderful asset !

The staff were exceptional - very helpful and knowledgeable! The location was ideal for exploring Munich.

The only thing that would’ve made the place better is a larger room. But, for Munich, the room size was pretty good.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed the style and decor of the hotel. There were so many cute details that show how much thought went into the branding and overall vibe of the place.

Room was awful. AC did not work and had minimal amenities. The hotel was more excited to rent you a guitar then get you an iron and ironing board.

Small room with a bed built into a heightened floor, difficult to access. Booked as double room but towels etc were only available for one person. Extra set of towels was provided on request

Bathroom in the room was different. Just a froated glass box for the toilet, and shower was clear glass facing the room.

The room was very stylish and clean. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in a nice part of the city, close to all the attractions and public transport. The bar serves delicious drinks 😁 The staff is really nice and helpful.

The staff was a wonderful, friendly, well-informed, capable, and helpful team. The breakfast was one of the best that I’ve enjoyed. The location is perfect - just far enough from the Hauptbahnhof to be quiet, but close enough to be convenient.

Some of the upholstered furniture in the main hall could use a cleaning or refinishing. The roof-top terrace would benefit from some repair and finesse. The hotel soaps had a strong and alcoholic odour. The terraces of the rooms on the 5th and 6th floors should be accessible.

The staff was an extraordinary team of talented, capable, and conscientious individuals who were very welcoming and friendly. Thanks to Esteban, Meli, Nicolas, Sarah, Seb, Anila, Ihan, Äska, Rolli, and the others whose names I regret to have forgotten; An extraordinarily positive group of people! The location was particularly convenient- away from the noise and clutter of the train-station, and within walking distance of nearly everything. The breakfast was perfect and worth the cost.

The room has very little to no privacy when it comes to the bathroom area. It is only divided by the main bedroom by a quite thin door, that does not cover any sounds. So for romantic stays this is not great at all. Also the sink was in the bedroom instead of the bathroom, which did make the atmosphere of the bedroom less comfortable.

The rooms had bluetooth speakers in them, which had a nice touch. Also the window wall had a very nice touch and a cool view.

The room was very small. The access to the bed and to the window was difficult. There was very little space to open the suitcase. The automatic check in is a bad idea, at least not suitable for all kind of clients.

I likes the location, as it is within walking distance from city center Shampoo and gel were available. Good shower, comfortable to wash long hair
