The noise (drilling in the floor above) and the location which is not a nice area but convenient due to great public connections and walking distance to the city centre.

The staff especially Sandra (amazing host!) and Pierre (both Hotel Manager qualities!), as well as Victoria and Enis were extremely friendly, trying to find a solution for everything and super welcoming! There was drilling (day and night) in the floor above my room (which did however not belong to the hotel but was extremly noisy), so an upgrade in a more spacious and beautiful room in another floor was provided as an alternative. This allowed a great and calm rest.

you‘ve to wait for a minimum of 45 min for a drink. for a beer you‘ve to wait at least 30 min. so better look up for an other bar.

Excellent location in city center and just opposite of subway station. Very clean rooms, spacious and comfortable bed. Great plus is a small Marshall amp to play music or guitar. Very nice bar place and tasty breakfast.

I did miss my usual scrambled eggs and beans at breakfast but that's just me.

Superb location. 10 min walk to the centre of town and 5 mins walk to the central station. Very handy if you want to do any day trips. Immaculately clean room with all the mod cons, smart TV, excellent lighting, comfortable bed, amazing shower and daily cleaning if required. Breakfast was very European, probably the healthiest I've ever had; fruit, veg, soaked oats, cheese selection, boiled eggs, etc. No fry ups. Wide selection of hot drinks at the breakfast bar. An area to eat and chill on the roof if the weather is good. And another area to have tea, coffee, fill up water bottles and to relax at the end of a long day of sightseeing. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The room was small and the hard/sharp bed corners made it hard to pass without hitting your legs. The tv control didn’t work and once that was fixed there were few channels that worked or you had to log in to your internet which we couldn’t be bothered to do. The usb ports didn’t work. No way of making tea/coffee in your room and the space on our floor the hot tap didn’t work nor did the food machine. There was a lift that went to a side door outside but it didn’t open one morning however it had worked the afternoon before so it was a reasonable distance to retrace our steps up the lift. Plus what would have happened if there was a fire and this was the only exit? Never moan normally but for the price it didn’t feel value for money.

The shower. Shower products / moisturiser. The bar was good but once we went out it wasn’t where you would return until going to bed so had a drink on arrival that was excellent but never returned. It’s close to an underground but this didn’t help on the way with our heavy suitcase. Take care there are 2 Rossi hotels.

Check in was very easy at the 24 hour bar with a self check in option. The location was prime for the train and to downtown. They also offered us to not have housekeeping during our stay in exchange for a free drink which is neat. The galley was a great area. It had travel items in a vending machine in case you forgot anything and free coffee and tea available and an iron and board available. The room was very very clean.
