Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Staff was friendly but not very helpful (couldn’t even tell us how to use the Wi-Fi) and pillows very uncomfortable. Everything else worked really well for us

Room number 1 was above the spot everyone smoked. Windows couldn’t been opened without the penetrating smell of people smoking. The room itself also had the scent of being smoked in. Absolutely intollerable in a non smoking room.

The reception is inside the restaurant/shop on the cash register, it was hard to find initially.
Great location for a sleepover while travelling, it is next to the motorway directly above a petrol station / restaurant

There was a weird, unpleasant smell in the room. I couldn't put my finger on it. The rooms on the back, which I had one this time, suffer from autobahn noise, so sleeping with window open was uncomfortable. From experience, the rooms on the front suffer from noise of the petrol station. As long as you don't mind the noise or sleeping with the windows closed, the rooms are very comfortable.
It is good for a stop-over while travelling. Conveniently located right of autobahn 9, at a large autohof with some restaurant options around it. The rooms are descent, fairly sized and clean. Very good value for money, but don't expect anything fancy.

our room was next to stairs and we would hear the door leading to the stairs bang with every guest going trough ( no elevator, so there was some traffic trough that door) the shower was difficult to manage if one tries to keep face and hair dry.
Mattress was comfortable, great bedding. Room was big enough. insulation from outdoor noise ( gas station by highway) was top. we couldn’t hear any noise from outdoors at all.

This is the motel at the second and at the third floor of the office of the gas station. Views from the room to the roof. It's noisy place and during the nights too. I'm not see the air conditioning system in the room,it must be during the summer nights you can't sleep without open windows , but you can't open it, because around very loud streets and gas station open 24/7. And the pillows are terrible. But all another important things are OK.
Fast check in and check out. All areas are very clean, especially room. Personal very friendly and speak English very well. My opinion about breakfast :better going to the breakfast to McDonald's, which located only 3 minutes away by walk, then pay here almost 12 euro. Anyway location is good to take fast the rest and going after sleeping, because it's only two minutes away by the car from motorway.

check in at gas station. 4 flights of stairs with 4 people and 8 suitcases / bags. no elevator. bathroom right by bed and would disturb everybody when using at night.

No AC so quite warm. it’s sufficient for what it is. no frills hotel for a night. it’s not so nice to stay there longer
Perfect hotel for a stopover. Right by the highway. you collect the keys at the 24/7 fuel station (where you can also get some food. make sure to confirm your stay. eventhough it read Jon-cancelable. since you pay at check in, they can give away your room if you don’t confirm.
