Fantastic Breakfast, good location and friendly staff

The bathroom was a bit disappointing - the shower area was not separated from the rest of the bathroom, just the curtain. Also, there was no storage space in the bathroom at all - you can only keep your toiletries on (quite a small space) on the sink, but as a lady, I'd appreciate more space. The bathroom also had just a soap dispenser, no extras like conditioner, vanity kit, etc. which is expected for a hotel of such level. Also, it was a bit cold but I didn't use AC maybe that would help to warm up. If you don't have a great reason to stay in the area - don't. It is right next to S-bahn station and bus stop but still quite far from the center and nice restaurants, entertainment etc.

Funky interior, the room was very nice and perfectly clean. Hotel has this fresh vibe despite being quite a large hotel. Also, it was quiet, and never got my sleep disturbed - probably good sound isolation. I also loved the idea of sparing the cleaning if the sign left on the door. The bluetooth speaker in the bathroom was a nice extra :)

Breakfast is Ok but niothing special. Room is clean, loks good, nice hotal, good location - easy to reach all destinations. Close (150 m) to the S-bahn station.

Lobby bar is not open on Friday and Saturday evening. There is fridge and you can buy some drinks and snacks but choice is poor and probably not refilled regularly because there were just few pieces from some of the items.

Nice and clean hotel, close to S-Bahn station. Very funny(and FOC) selfie machine in the lobby.

The pillows were the most uncomfortable that I have ever experienced. There was no water or hot drink facilities in the room.

Reception staff were excellent. Carina in particular when above and beyond to improve my experience. I also liked the reward scheme for green-cleaning approach.

The problem is when you pay for the parking garage and don't get a card or a key. You have to ring the doorbell for them to open the door, and it happened to me that I rang the bell for 15 minutes, and no one opened the door. Then I had to call the reception on the phone to be opened.

The first room we were given was uncomfortably small. Staff were able and willing to offer us a larger one. Neither of the rooms had a fridge.

The breakfast is good value for money. The hotel and rooms are clean. Staff were polite and helpful when needed. It is located next to a station and bus stop, making accessibility to central Berlin easy despite it's location.

I did not like the view to the cemetery. It would be nice to have a cattle and a compact coffee - maker in the room.

The hotel itself is very cosy and nice. The staff is very helpful, polite and ready to support. The room is spacious, clean, modern and light.

Need a bigger writing desk & chair with backrest. Bathroom sink splashed water outside, the surfaces and angles are poorly designed.

Looked like not the nicest area (dead end road, cemetery and railroad) BUT in fact it’s just a few steps from lively street with cafes and very convenient to move around.

Very nice hotel, fresh and contemporary refurbishment, free street parking, 1 min to the station, plenty of cafes and restaurants in walking distance

The location is not very good - noise all day, Asian area, messy, but the area around the hotel is tidy and the hotel building itself is new. The quality of the bedding is average, small room, uncomfortable pillows (significant savings on pillows)
