Everything was ok, the lady at the reception was nice, the room was clean and fresh, the bed was comfortable so you could rest well, I will definitely recommend it to my friends! Thank you for letting us rest peacefully!

Some thin windows didn’t have curtains so light would seep in in the morning but this wasn’t a huge issue as we went out early. Could be a better bar area

Staff at reception were super nice ! Helped me a lot with adjusting the reservation, late check out, payment etc. Room was really clean Bathroom is huge btw The hotel is much brighter and cheerful than the pictures And coffee is amazing.

I don't understand why the HDMI port of the TV was disabled. The shows are in German and I prefer watching my choice of entertainment after a day's tiring work. Please enable the HDMI ports.

Hotel is located close to S-bahn. In closes neighbourhood you can find some fastfood, restauratns, petrol-station, grocery. Room was not very big, but very modern, clean with nice equippement. Very good and tasty breafast. Nice and cosy bathroom.

Had several points which really disappointed. During my stay I have the feeling something in the sheets caused my legs to be irritated like I was bitten during the night. In general the sheets and pillow are not what I would expect from a decent hotel. A colleague had someone unknown walking into the room after the reception gave a key card for the wrong room! Shocked that these things can happen in a hotel with quite high rates

I am excited of the location of the hotel, the interior of the room, the landscape observed from the room. The attitude of the personnel is miraculous - the staff did assist us to solve our problem even after our check-out.

The rooms are a pretty right squeeze for 2 people.

The location is perfect 👌 - less than 5 minutes from train station. The staff is friendly and helpful and beds and pillows are comfortable. The hotel is new so the rooms are really clean, also walking distance to a few takeaway spots

Not much to do/eat in the immediate area (though S-bahn helps). Shower was weak and not very warm. Double bed separated very easily from just lying in the middle. Staff was not friendly.

It should have at least a bottle of drinkable water at the room, but I guess I could ask for it at the moment of reservation, so it doesn't count as an issue.

I paid one hundred Euro‘s for bed only No heat no water not even napkins In description there was mini bar, when I arrived there there was nothing in the room and had to pay 20 euros for three bottles of water and two chocolates 1st and last time in the Niu hotel
