The hotel is nice and clean, most of the staff are friendly. We booked this hotel because it had a kitchenette so that we could warm up our child's food or make a packed lunch or cup of tea, however on arrival we were told that the kitchenette was not allowed to be used because of the risk of fire and that is why not cutlery or plates cups ect... are to be found in the room. This is false advertising in my eyes. We had a coffee machine with two cups no spoons or milk and were told to take what we wanted from the breakfast room every day. The cleaning staff were amazing. The hotel is not really in walking distance from the center, if you do like to walk then you walk into a run down part of town which we felt very unsafe to walk though. The underground is located up the road and within two stops you are in the centre of town. We loved the public transport system, it was easy to use and you can get a day ticket, family ticket or more day ticket.

I didn’t like the fact that there was no cutlery, no kettle and plates. The staff was okay, but they seemed in a bad mood on check in and check out.

The hotel was clean and provided good value for the money I spent. The bed was comfortable, and the heating level was set appropriately. The staff was very friendly, and there was nothing to complain about. The location was excellent, situated very close to the train station. We were able to leave our luggage in their storage room for a couple of hours after checkout.

The location is great - the metro station is across the street, you can reach the city center in 10 minutes. The hotel is nice, the room is big enough, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection of dishes. I must commend the staff who provided excellent service. Parking is available in the hotel's garage, but you have to pay for it.

I booked a room with a queen-size bed and paid extra for this feature. However, upon arrival, I found two single beds pushed together instead. When I asked to switch to the room I had originally booked, the staff politely explained that all rooms in the hotel only have single beds. While everything else about the hotel was great, it’s very disappointing and disrespectful to mislead guests with false photos and descriptions online. It’s not fair to charge extra for features that don’t exist.

The hotel is very good – clean, spacious rooms with useful amenities like a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The staff is polite and friendly, which made the stay pleasant. Overall, it’s a comfortable place, and I would stay here again.

The room included a small kitchenette, but since there were no utensils provided, only the refrigerator was useful for us. A deposit is required to get a kettle The underground garage costs €17 per day On Sundays, there were no free parking spaces, so we had to find public parking about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. On weekdays, there were no issues with finding free parking nearby Breakfast was chaotic - it was difficult to find a clean table, and there were delays in refilling items like bread, scrambled eggs, and coffee The pancakes machine was out of order

15€ extra per day for a dog is too much, as is 17€ per day for a parking space.

The hotel is in a good and quiet location. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city center, the metro station and the shop are just a few steps away. The rooms are nice and clean, the hotel also has a parking garage.
