It stressed me a bit that they didn't at first recognise my booking as valid when I checked in, since I had booked through booking.com but soon they corrected themselves. They do not have anything other than pizza to eat for dinner.

Breakfast was great, room and facilities were very convenient and high quality. They offer drinks if you skip room service.

One cannot open wide the window, the room was noisy to the road side although a calm room was requested, breakfast too expensive for the offered quality.

Parking space was too small. We arrived in the evening and the parking space was full. We had to park at the closest parking and it was 300m from the hotel. Which wasn't convenient because of our bagages.

Very nice, modern accomodation, clean rooms, comfortable beds, own design cosmetics Niu, near the reception you can buy something small to eat (popcorn, nuts, beer, ...), parking in garage (12euro/day), near the centre (10-15min by feet) and excellent breakfast with many components and fresh food!

I would have preferred a small table and a real chair instead of a beanbag chair - which was admittedly comfortable, to be fair.

Convenient location, decent room size, comfy beds, air conditioning, reliable internet and water pressure, large safe, rich breakfast buffet. That's all I need on a business trip.

The room was very clean and cosy. Chromecast on the tv was a big plus. Value for money was excellent. In the walking distance to the old town.

The interior is very busy, it takes away from the feeling of relaxation you are looking for in hotel rooms. The room was tiny, with almost no space beyond the bed.

The hotel is located not far from the train station, also there's a nice cafe and a supermarket 5 minutes away. The room had a lot of different sources of light, so it felt pretty cozy at night.

It would be nice to have a kettle and / or fridge in the room but this seems very uncommon in Europe. I am not sure that the air conditioning worked particularly well. (Very hot at the time of our visit.)

We found a music festival was on in Regensburg so we happily extended our stay here since we felt it was good value (close to the train station and easy walk into town). The staff was friendly and helpful the bed was comfortable. Cleanliness was very good. Aldi just down the road for picnic supplies. Very good breakfast with a wide choice of items. If you read the infographics in the lift you can see that there is also a positive ethical side to the hotel chain as well.

One afternoon when I wanted to take a nap, there was some drilling going on, and I could also hear people from neighbouring rooms when they talked loudly and laughed at night. Sometimes other doors close with a loud noise that shakes your door as well. But all these things weren't too bad, just mildly inconvenient.

The hotel is located in walking distance from the train station, town center and university. It is nice, clean, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was pretty as well. There is good wifi and even a Bluetooth speaker in the room. Breakfast had many options, even two types of plant based milk. I had no problems with staff and I welcomed the possibility of a free drink on the days when I chose not to have my room cleaned - I like this idea very much. I recommend this hotel.
