How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

The room was smaller than I thought it would be so it was crammed for a five night stay. Would have preferred a chair and desk work area over the beanbag chair sitting in the corner that never got touched.

Very limited parking, breakfast layout did not flow well so lots of crowding. Room small without even a table. Just a hit further out than I'd prefer.
Great staff, stylish decor, excellent breakfast. Beds comfortable.

Very comfortable bed, pets welcome, close to the highway, good value for money. I would especially like to point out the friendliness, cordiality, efficiency and helpfulness of the receptionist from Croatia. A capable young man!

A rather long walk to the Central station. More convenient taking a bus. Breakfast room was rather cramp and not enough space. More should be done about ensuring better social distance. Not enough tables and people were standing around trying to find a place especially during the weekend. There is no table/chair but a bean bag in the hotel room - not so convenient.
Clean room, comfortable bed, air-conditioning was absolutely great to have during the hot summer days. Bluetooth music player in the room - something interesting to enjoy. The breakfast spread was quite elaborate with plenty of options.

For such a big hotel, there is very limited parking space in a hotel garage, that is shared with the Fitness centre. And it is difficult to park somewhere else, when the garage is full. The space for breakfast is also very limited, so when the hotel is full (as happened to us during the weekend), it is very crowded. There is no table and no chair in the hotel room, so when you want to work, it is a problem. The room is very small. It is a chain hotel so it lacks more personal atmosphere.
Big, modern, clean and practical. Walking distance to the city centre, and the walk is quite pleasant. Easy to find. Air condition. Nice bathroom. Very good breakfast buffet.

The only thing which I could see as a problem was the rush during the breakfast hours which was obvious because of the number of people staying in the hotel so manageable.
The property was spotless clean !!! Room was super comfortable. Easily accessible from the old town and train station.

There was music and a sort of a party in the room next door, people on the hallway that came and go, we even got out on the hallway asking them to be quiet and they finally left in group after 1.00 AM. Second, we couldn't stop the ventilation, the system allow a cold air to keep coming through the vents even if you stop the AC.
Close to the city center and to the restaurants. Clean and nice room, good breakfast

The double mattress was split in two singles which wasn't ideal but super comfy so not a huge issue.
Cool rooms with good speakers. Lots of food and drink facilities all throughout the day and night. Short walk to the town centre.

The parking is 10 € extra for every night you stay in..not a good thing,should be included in the room fees

The parking is big, but not big enough for the hotel guests. For me it was crucial to park my car in a safe garage and that's why I chose this hotel. Instead, the staff directed me to a parking in the shopping mall 2kms away...
New hotel with very convinient rooms, not so far from the Old Town. Breakfast was just ok.

The breakfast area was a bit cramped. The small tables were very close together and too few of them.
This was of good to high quality in vertually every aspect. Nothing much stands out above the others except perhaps the breakfast - excellent choice and quality.

If you get the room on the road side it's really loud. There was no table in the room which had been a nice touch to feel more comfortable.

Close to the railway lines and sometime smell no so good. Small rooms, without garderobe. Parking place charged extra (15 euros).
