Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The cleanliness was outstanding. Staff were friendly. Everything is really new and in good shape. Noise levels are very low. Getting there by car is straightforward. Grocery shopping in walking distance.

Germany- May be a coffee machine would be good to have in the room if we are paying 120 euros/night. - Kitchenette is given without any utensils. Not even a single utensil was there if you want to heat something up or make a small meal. - Initially we were given a small room , even though we booked a bigger room with kitchenette. We went back to the reception and the room was changed. Mistakes happens though !!
- Very clean , comfortable beds. We took a premium queen room with kitchenette. - Perfect shower area. - Quite close to public transport (tram no 3)

United KingdomThis hotel is NOT a Holiday Inn. The name appears nowhere so it was difficult to find. Prices are a rip off. Our first night was more expensive than stated on the website and the second night was DOUBLE the price. It is NOT for tourists who care about money but business people who don't care what they pay. Why can they say they are a Holiday Inn when they are obviously not? Even the staff didn't think they were a Holiday Inn

NetherlandsWe would have liked a small fridge to keep some cold water, especially due to the high temperatures. The employee at the check in was very stressed. He told us to pay for the room, while we had already done, and also for the breakfast, which was included in the price we had paid. He asked the same things to the guests before us. It felt like he was repeating things as a robot. As an excuse he said he had to repeat the same things to everyone. Also, we did not find his sarcastic comment about his colleagues having fun while he had to work on his own. Finally, the breakfast room was busy when we arrived and the empty tables not clean yet. We asked a person who worked there to please clean up a table for us to sit. We found his reaction rather rude. We do understand that both employees were frustrated by the amount of work they had to carry out on their own. However, guests are not responsible for that and at least they have to be treated politely. After all, we pay for the services. Perhaps the managers shoudl consider increasing the number of people working at the reception and the restaurant, especially during peak hours.
The room was clean, comfortable and the brekfast was very good. The employee at the checkout was very polite.
