The rooms are supposed to have an area of 20 m2 but it felt more like 16 m2. It is a very good hotel for large groups of guests but if you want something more romantic the smaller ones at the edge of the city are a bit nicer.

Everyone seems to complain about the parking garage, but I think the real problem is the way people park. Sure SUV and a larger car is impossible, with a regular car, you can go in and park but the way people park inside is crazy. Everyone taking two spots, parking sideways, I think someone should go down there and put fines on people that park like this because it is impossible to find a proper parking spot like this.

A very basic breakfast selection. The breakfast was very crowded at 7:00 am so prepare yourself to grab the good stuff while you can. Some of the items were immediately gone and there were no stocks for the 9:30 am crowd. The bathroom have a transparent with a blurred covered but still you don’t get full privacy. The door did t shut very well.

They have a free sauna, fitness, and solarium room. Also bus vouchers around füssen and discounts are included. The room were fairly clean and quiet so you can sleep the whole night.

The rooms were nice, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was close to all the shops and near the old town. Breakfast buffet was very good with a large range and good food.

I had to sleep on a pullout couch. I thought when I booked it it said 3 twin Beds. The mattress was still comfy regardless.

the garage offers drivers a real challenge - unless you posess one of the orignal Minis ! Not the hotel’s fault - the architect is answerable for this.

Shower gel at the bath not topped up. Ran out after 1 person bathe.

Nice breakfast! Location just next to the old town. Unfortunately it was raining at dinner time but your front desk was kind enough the lend us some umbrellas to use.

Housekeeping not bothering to check that I had checked out. I hadn't. Knocked on the door, then walked straight into the (still occupied) room not even waiting for a response to the knock!! Quite rude and potentially embarrassing.

I had the window open because the room was quite warm. The noise outside was very loud in the evening and early morning.. I attribute this to being in the centre of the city, so if I stayed there again, I would ask for a room away from the main road.

The location of the hotel was great. They have a really nice restaurant for evening meals. The room was clean and spacious.

Perfect location near the train and bus station, old city and restaurants Very welcoming and nice stuff! We got a "Füssen card" upon arrival that provides free transportation in the city and a discount for local attractions. Good breakfast

The WiFi was awful, download speed 6 Mbps. We complained to the front desk but they didn’t have great connections either …. The property is rather dated but we understand there’s a big refurbishment happening in 2025

A walk over the road from the train station and on the edge of the small town. Perfect access to everything. The room was quiet even with the windows open (facing the interior courtyard). Excellent buffet breakfast, hot and cold dishes, plenty of cold cuts, smoked fish and wonderful breads to choose from. Füssen has a lot to offer besides seeing the castles.
