tight parking garage, dirty towels in room, in correct reservation (but quickly resolved by front desk). if I’ve reserved a family room for 4 - so you know I need the sofa bed - make sure the bed is either made or linens (and correct number of towels) are in the room

No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. However you could obtain hot water from the restaurant until 9pm. The restaurant was dead at dinner and the staff were laying the tables for breakfast whilst we ate dinner. It was 830pm! It was a shame as the food was good.

Strategic location, 2 min walk from Fussen train station and bus station. Bus station is where you can take bus no.73 or no.78 to Neuschwanstein Castle. Hotel provides vouchers where you could use for bus and discounts in some of the museums, this is very thoughtful and convenient! Hotel is located very near to the town itself, Would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. The hotel is very clean and cozy, Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful

Expensive for the value offered. A 4 star with no soap nor shampoo in the bathroom, I had to explicitly ask for them and got two extra small samples. No bar service, old rooms without convenient power sockets (had to unplug a lamp to charge my phone), very long check in process

Especially hot room on 4Th floor - NO AIRCON!! They brought a fan but it didn’t help. Stuffy, stifling, hot room with just one tiny window. Bouncy bed no support, Horrible overstuffed pillows Light in bathroom inadequate- shines light on back of head rather than face.

Staff kept calling my husband “your friend” (we are a gay couple). No air conditioning and they don’t even have a fan. No flexibility at check in (arrived one hour earlier than the standard time). It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel.

the garage is quite difficult to manage, the parking spot is very narrow, and the exit of the garage is a unique scenario to test your driving skills - it is a sharp 30-degree upward and a 45 degree upright turn just after the turnstile. 16 euros was charged for a day's parking.

the location is fine in the city center, you can easily reach the supermarkets to next door and the restaurants nearby, the staff in the reception is nice. It is quiet in the night even it is in the city center.

Parking was very tight Staff at reception was rude and cold Room was so hot, need fans for the 4th floor. It was so loud outside we couldnt sleep with windows open or shut. Unfortunate
