That was an horrible experience. Towels were not clean, slippers were not put (we needed to ask), employees were not very friendly, rooms were designed very old fashioned. and it is way too expensive (270 Euro/night) considering the benefits they provide. It does not pay off. I strongly not recommend.

The only thing that we like is the location. It is in the city center.

The carpet in the room was stained and dirty, as well as the upholstery. Our room faced a busy road and we could not keep the windows open as it was very noisy. There is a bar on the first floor outside and it s pretty loud. Parking costs 14 euros/stay. Breakfast choices poor.

The parking is paid (14 eur/night), on booking site about this doesn't notice. Doesn't have air conditioning system, was hot. The price doesn't match the qulity.

Ah now the downside. If it had claimed to be three stars I would have been happy, it was not at all four stars. There was No aircon and the fan supplied was on a timer, it was incredibly hot in the night and we woke every 2 hours to re set the fan. If we kept the windows open there was a lot of traffic noise, Fussen is not a sleepy Bavarian town but quite a busy intersection! The towels were thin and narrow, scratchy and well past their best. The “complementary” water cost €3.80 (someone needs to Google translate ‘complementary’). No mini bar, no selection of toiletries beyond a soap dispenser, no kettle or coffee machine. It was impossible to close the curtains properly and the room faced due East meaning the sun came directly into our eyes first thing. There was no main light in the room, only bedside lights and the bathroom light. The door to the bathroom was frosted glass, fine if you share as a family but if you were sharing with friends it could have been embarrassing.

Our room was big and spacious. The bathroom was big. The beds were comfortable. We asked for extra pillows and they arrived quickly. It is located conveniently close to the station, the centre of town and a couple of very nice restaurants (one Italian and the other Vietnamese). The breakfast was very good and the staff were polite and helpful, most spoke excellent English.

there is a casino in the inner court and from there noise and yelling can be heard all night long. so bring your earplugs.

It was very hot when we stayed at the hotel and the rooms did not have air conditioning. Our room also faced the main road outside so it was quite noisy.

It’s an old large property, rooms need upgrading. Checkin took too long, queues at 3pm.

The breakfast, and underground parking. Rooms were comfortable and it’s centrally located to shops bars and restaurants.

Parking in the underground garage was a disaster. OK for Smart Cars, but we had a large SUV, and almost got stuck! If you park beside another car, you can't open the car door, and will have to craw out the back hatch to exit. No air conditioning, and they couldn't give us a second room key, even though there were four of us in the room--very inconvenient! No place to plug in electronic devices. We had to craw under the desk to use a plug, and when you leave the room, power is turned off so devices won't charge.

Nice location. Close to pedestrian street with many restaurants. Close to castles. Our room was large, and the bathroom was very modern. Rooms were very clean, and good WiFi.
