For me - the location of the hotel was not ideal, but it was close to public transportation. Breakfast is not included in the basic price of the room. The room was a bit small, but reasonable.

The staff were friendly and helpful, spoke good English and were available for me. The room and bathroom were clean and pleasant. The bed was big and comfortable. Good toiletries with funny captions - big like

Initial confusion between Axel and Axel Two made it difficult at first. All was well once I arrived. Compliments to the desk staff. who were kind and patient during my distress.

Pictures of the property look much better than reality. The hotel is a bit tired. The hair dryer was stuck at the highest temperature setting, and as a result, it was impossible to use as it kept overheating and cutting off. The breakfast buffet selection was plentiful, but the quality of food on offer was questionable.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good, with close proximity to an underground station, shops, and local restaurants.

The socket on the right side of the bed was broken. It should be repaired so that the person using that side of the bed can also charge the phone.

We had a wonderful stay at TWO Hotel Berlin by Axel. The rooms were clean and good, the service at the reception and in the restaurant was excellent. We were happy it was an adult only hotel with nice jacuzzi and sauna spaces. They do understand the meaning of service and client friendliness. We made the booking through Booking dot com and received a good price. When we return to Berlin, we will definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

Some parts of the room were a bit damaged (old cigarette burns on the curtains and couch) which was a bit sad to see but it was not the fault of the staff.

I thought the breakfast food was very good quality and there was an excellent selection of food varieties. The staff was ready to take us even though we arrived a bit earlier than expected due to plane delays (shoutout to Valentina for being extra friendly!)

They charged me extra 4 euro for a coca-cola in which I had already paid at reception (cash). After that I called and they were asking me all kinds of proof, but I paid in cash. Probably the clean staff saw the coca-cola can and charged me another 4 euro (super expensive coca cola)

The only thing we struggled with was the housekeeping, it was difficult to understand which towels were changed and why some and not others.

The location was perfect! The staff was incredible and always available if we had questions. The room and amenities were incredible.

This is something that was already mentioned in the comments so we knew about it, but the facilities are already ready for renovation, its kinda outdated.

The bed was really big and comfy, and we liked the SPA area.

The hotel itself is nothing special, maybe getting a little outdated soon too, but nothing to complain in general.

I found the other hotel room doors were very noisy when closing and made a loud bang. I think they would benefit from a soft closing. The gym had no AC so was extremely hot when working out. The jacuzzi seemed quite dated and gave an unclean feel plus there was no staff there to show how things worked.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Alicia. The room was cleaned daily and the bed was super comfortable. I was upgraded to a superior suite which I was grateful for. This room was a good size for one person so a standard room would have been a small fit. They gym facilities where good.

We were told we got upgraded on the room, but I red the same from other people in reviews so I am not sure. The room was nice but upgrade should mean slightly bigger, and this room was very small. No space for a chair to sit on. The shower was leaking, so everything got wet, I red about this in the reviews too.

The spa was nice, cocktails on the roof tasted good. Comfy bed, no sounds from other rooms. Lovely staff.

A very pleasant 3 night stay. The location is a prime, with two metro stations around, you can basically visit all the main tourism sites within 20-30min. The jacuzzi and sauna make the whole experience a pro. Last but not the least, Kevin and Bob are such fun and cool ppl and were always there to help.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The main positive aspect was the good behaviour of the staff and especially the receptionists Alicia and Nereido (unfortunately I may mispronounce her name) who did the check-in and check-out. They were very friendly, polite and helpful. Furthermore, we were upgraded to a better room for free, which was a great deal. Moreover, the price was totally affordable concerning the quality. In addition to the tidy room, we used the sauna and jacuzzi, which were both clean, cozy, and free. There is a train station only 2 minutes away, and it is at the most a 30-minute ride to the downtown area. The only problem was that I could not find any big supermarket nearby but there is a bakery right next to the hotel, which serves delicious coffee, croissant and other breakfast items If you do not want to use the hotel breakfast. All and all, we had a memorable stay at the hotel and I definitely suggest it.
