Communication with the friendly staff was sometimes a bit limited due to lack of German and or English language skills. One morning they refilled the two sticks of instant coffee from my own pack.

The location is very close to many gay businesses, and public transport is just a few metres away. The room had windows you could actually open, and was also air conditioned. The room was clean and looked very nice. Thery have a nice light system and plenty of power outlets to charge your phones etc.

For safety reasons, there should be a step put in to get out of the balcony from the room.

Overall "used" look - needs some refurbishment; leaking shower is flooding half of the bath; the hotel can (obviously) only be accessed by stairs - challenging situations with heavy suitcases or for people with disabilites;

Very nice selection for breakfast, fresh fruits, bread and bread rolls. Easy accessable with U9 metro station in front of the hotel; very nice staff; tidy rooms; electronic room and light management to show your needs of privacy or tidying up the room

Kettles in the room as standard with some complimentary teas/coffee sachets would have been nice, but otherwise everything was fine.

Room was nice and clean. The spa facilities were great and open quite late. The buffet breakfast was decent and offered what you would expect. No kettles in the room as standard but I asked for one at reception which they gave me. Never had any issues with WiFi connection. Its conveniently right next to the underground so easy to get to from the airport and easy to move about the city. No complaints and would definitely go back.

Didn't get reply to me message about amenities so had no toothbrush. Shampoo is given in small bottles still. No slippers. But all minor complaints.

Reasonable price and good place. Everything was nice, breakfast was small, but high quality (but no coffee machine though). Spacious and good room. Great balcony where you can have breakfast on 7th floor.

The breakfast was almost non existent so we recommend booking a room without breakfast. Berlin offers plenty of caffès and restaurants nearby
