“Overall the hotel is in a nice area, clean and with a good restaurant.
However, I have booked for an apartment room and when I arrive they have me a standard single room without informing me about the issue.
Only when I double checked my booking to see if it is matching with what I got and I raise the issue to the reception, they informed me that there was a mistake and the apartment was not available anymore. In the end they offered me the suite which was again smaller room from the apartment.
I would appreciate if the information delivered right away without waiting me to address that.”
