Everything was great.

Beautiful room with a great street view. Room has everything you need. I love the decoration and bonus touch (polaroid camera is great). The bed is super comfortable, it is elevated so you can relax and enjoy the view with a book or just relax. Lots of storage for your things, so your room can always look tidy. Easy access to the building with a code and possibility to leave you luggage before official check in. There is a supermarket near the building.

The quietness and beauty of the neighborhood, the cozy atmosphere of the room with its little living area and the little kitchen equipped with all the essentials that allowed us to have breakfast and dinner as we were “at home”. The room door entry proved difficult on arrival when my 4G went down, though the helper on the phone was good. If you go there write codes and help numbers down just in case. Even after that, it seemed difficult every time, you have to open very, very quickly. Couldn't find lift on arrival, it is not well signed- it's on the left of the entrance door but round a corner. Bed is higher off the ground than usual. it could be a struggle if you were not agile.

Comfy bed and quiet place where I slept well. Clean and chic decor and furnishings. Well equipped kitchen for making simple cooked meals as well as tea and coffee. Nice lounges if you want to get out of your room for a change. Well situated between a metro stop and a Netto supermarket, and only 15 mins from centre.

I'd stayed at the same hotel in another city and liked it so I stayed there in Copenhagen too. It's fun to be able to stay here as if I am living in the city. the location is not so close to the city of center but it is fine.

The room was absolutely boiling during the say as the sun shines directly into the building all say. Thankfully we were not in during the day but when we came back at the evening it was like a sauna. As well at night. Also bed needs to be improved. It was a mattress topper which was moving around and the sheets were not easy to tuck in under.

Very clean. There were lots of thoughtful details and surprises in the room. Little kitchenette in the room also came in handy as we prepped snack for our kid. Overall very good value.

Having to leave 😭

Beautiful light and airy studio apartment with plenty of space and storage. Bed super comfortable. Shower is good. Kitchen well equipped for simple cooking and breakfast. It's a bit out of the city centre but only 7 minutes walk (with a case) to the Metro M3 line which takes you direct pretty much anywhere you need to go. Tivoli Gardens in 20 minutes. Rosenborg Slot door to castle entrance 30 minutes. Netto supermarket about 3 minutes walk away 7 days til 10pm. Osterbro worth a visit also anyway, walk down the park from the apartment or two stops on the metro to Trianglen. No staff on site was not an issue, 'Bob' responded quickly on WhatsApp to any queries and the app worked well for unlocking doors.

Loved the fact that it was keyless ,we were able to store our luggage and tour around until ckin. They have nice details such as complementary tote bag to take home , coffe,milk , super soft bed and pillows !!!! Excellent Host that check on us to make sure we were comfortable .Higly recommend it !!!

No parking… and the Parking spot next to the hotel is yellow zone, it costs around 40€ per day (Mon-Fr)

An amazing solution if you are planning to spend a few days in Copenhagen. Cozy, with TV, kitchen (to avoid eating always out, as Copenhagen isn't exactly cheap), near the metro, near a big beautiful park.

Nothing really. It’s just good to know that there isn’t always reception staff but everything proceeds very smoothly via WhatsApp. Also, some rooms are at the street level so less private.

The room (and the property) was optimal for a short trip to Copenhagen- located close to a metro station and outfitted with all the essentials. The coffee was delicious!

- really cute and charming hotel, very clean. The hotel are trendy and offers a lot of services. - bed are really really comfortable ! - the virtual staff are very quick and helpful, there are up to date. They care about your stay. - they want to give the extra that make the difference. For exemple, free Kodak that can use, free laundry, yoga mat in your room that you can use, free cable if you need, they give you a small bag if you need for grocery, etc

Location isn’t the best – it’s a sleepy neighbourhood with quite a walk to good cafes and restaurants, but luckily there’s a subway a 5 minute walk away and a Donkey Republic rental bike drop off across the street. The finishes in the bathroom felt like they were getting a bit older and could do with a refresh in the near future, but by no means terrible. Just not as crisp as the rest of the space. Would have preferred a card to get in the building and our room. Having to pull out my phone and find the Guest Area every time was a bit of a drag, and the unlock sometimes took a couple of tries to work.

Some lovely personal details in the room - like stoneware cups, coffee, water bottles and Instax cameras. Very responsive staff via WhatsApp - even if a personal face at the location would have been nice at times 😊

spent almost an hour finding my room they said on 4th floor, room 67. also couldn't figure out how to use old fashioned "lift" and ended up lugging my stuff up a flight of stairs. took awhile to respond to whatsapp and is pretty much unmanned after 1pm. pretty great response from 6 am to 1 pm.

Heat isolation is very good, maybe too good, our apartment was super hot when we got back in at the end of the days but cooled off quickly with all windows opened

we didn’t really have any negative things to say about the property. the cleaning lady was a bit early and that made us feel a little chased out, she already opened our door an hour before leaving and kept waiting outside while we where taking our sweet time packing up. there was some furniture in the hallway, the place is fairly new so not all rooms have been finished yet. beside those two small things it was amazing.

the room was clean, very nicely furnitured and fairly new. we felt very welcomed with a custom welcoming card and lots of fun stickers and a totebag. we had our own little home in the city to come for a rest after exploring. the location is very good. metro is a 5 min walk from the property and the connection to the city is great.

The bed for two is leaning against the wall, one has to jump over the other to get up!

Very quiet and peaceful place. 2 minutes walk from the subway. Small kitchen but enough for breakfast. The supermarket is 100m away.

As any other Bob W apartments, this one is clean and comfortable. Also, it is near the metro station, so I can easily go around to other areas of Copenhagen from that metro station.
