A cool place to stay at while exploring Copenhagen for few days. Great location near the metro station. The apartment was small but cozy enough for two. Free use of polaroid, tote bag and stickers to bring home :)

The shower didn’t have a curtain, causing the bathroom to get wet

Great rooms with a homely vibe. Very complete with a small kitchen and table to sit at. Conveniently located close to a subway that brings you to the center quickly. There are also bus lines around the corner for more connections. There is no breakfast option in the hotel but there are places nearby that the hotel has a collaboration with that provide good food and a Føtex around the corner.

Security code entry requires a mobile phone, if you run out of battery you're locked out of the building - they change the codes throughout the day so you can't write it down or get a physical key, and no 24hr concierge means it isn't as safe as it could be especially for solo travellers - and the inside of the building a bit outdated for instance the lifts.

One of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in, delicious complimentary coffee, a little Instax camera with film to take fun photos on my trip, wonderful location! The room was excellent!

The accommodation is very friendly, close to the metro. The staff is helpful, they answer my questions quickly. Clean room and comfortable bed. This is a real modern accommodation! I can recommend it!

There was not a bath towel available for our third person. The laundry room only had hand towels. The wet room shower got flooded too easily, and shower cubicle could have been bigger.

Amazing value for money and location was easily accessible via the metro. Room was really comfortable and there were lots of personal touches from the host. Loved how you could access all the facilities via your phone and quick response from support staff on WhatsApp

Perfect location, close to the underground and buses. A supermarket near the apartment. A lot of facilities included bottle of water, charger cable for devices, shopping bag, shampoo, etc, even a camera! Amazing! Fantastic and kindly supporting by whatshap.

Communication with the host was outstanding - very responsive and kind host. We had an issue with the communal washing machines meaning we couldn't use them so the host gave us a voucher for a free breakfast at a nearby cafe which was much appreciated. Easy check-in. Around 500m from metro station. Not a lot going on in the area - felt quite residential and there were a few cafes around but not many restaurants/bars. Supermarket within walking distance. Around 4km walk/bike into central Copenhagen. Apartment itself was clean and modern but very small and you can't sit on the couch without leaning into the tv. It had all of the amenities listed. Good for a short stay / if you plan to be out all day and eat dinner out, but quite small if you plan to be there all of the time.

Location is ok now that the M3 metro line is operational. Very quiet at night. Easy to enter once you get to know the system. Lots of fast online support.

The room was reaaaaally hot. Also, the mattress was a foam mattress, not a pocket spring then it held the temperature which made me so hot. Also, the mattresses and pillows were too soft.

I liked the cleanliness. The experience of digital reception.

When showering with higher pressure, water leaks easily outside of shower cabin and there is no floor squeaky to wipe floor dry. There is tiny squeaky for shower cabin but is pain in the ass to wipe floor with this. But decrease pressure and plan shower - not such a problem. No dish cloth to dry kitchen countertop after doing dishes. In the lobby when entering building was always strange smell - not fresh at all - but room was spotless and smelling clean.

Take metro M3 to the location, otherwise is 50min walk to city center. But one can choose different routes, there are cafes/restaurants/shops on the way so it is nice walk. Safe neighbourhood with grocery stores close by. Very clean, well equipped with new kitchenware, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, good toilet paper. Bed was slightly too soft for my liking. Good wifi. Easy access to the building with code and to the room with your phone - make sure you have battery in the phone. Instax camera that you can borrow, one roll of film included, some coffee and tea and welcoming chocolate (though I would prefer Bulows liquorice instead)

That is just my personal preference but wished there would have been more things to do nearby or some better places to eat. We either walked every day 50 minutes to the city centre or took a metro to get to the recommended places.

It was a really lovely stay! The room was very clean, bed + bedsheets were really comfy and the complimentary things were a nice touch. You can also connect the TV with your Netflix. If we had any questions, it was really easy to communicate through WhatsApp with Bob W team and they replied quickly.
