The rooms toilet and bathroom was a non-closed glass wall from the bedroom with clear view and sound from everything going on out there. It was not suitable for couples unless they are very comfortable with being involved in their partners toilet visits

Breakfast was amazing with nothing missing. Location was excellent near mid town and walking distance to everything. Staff was always available, helpful and friendly

The construction site outside my window, working from around 07-19:00… I wasn’t too bothered, as I was getting up early. But though they should have given a set of earplugs along with the key-card regardless. Paid for parking, still got a fine. The staff vaived it, however I shouldn’t have gotten it to begin with.

My only complaint was the shower needs a little shelf in it.

Location was great close to a major stop for buses and trams as well as the main train station.

The room looks pretty but uncomfortable, there is carper on the floor and no sleepers provided (floor not really clean...). The space for the luggage is small, design is privileged to comfort.

The surrounding area was under construction. The parking is not big and the other parking besides is difficult to reach without getting additional indications.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was really good and full of different choices. The staff was very polite and helpful.

It was not so well equipped, there were no water glasses in the room and no fridge. The parking lot is not directly at the hotel but a 3 minutes walk. Probably not a problem for most people, but if you have to carry lots of baby equipment it makes a difference.

The room was very clean and comfy. The breakfast was very spacious and tasty. The location is amazing.

There was a construction going on the time we arrived (1st July 2024), so we didn't get the maximum views that The Comwell hotel has to offer.

We chose this hotel because of the location and it was a great choice. We are within minutes away from the center and the ARoS museum that we want to visit. We need some adjustment with the fact that beverages are available outside the room but we are not complaining about this. They have a hot chocolate as well which was my fave son's refreshment beverage.

The location is very good, it's near the central station. The room is cozy and clean too. Sufficient for single traveller.

Window couldn’t be opened in the room. No minibar or cups in room. Pillows were too soft.

Friendly staff. Efficient elevator. Self service coffee machine. Compact room with on table and near bed socket and very suitable for solo traveler. Good location near central train station, bus terminal and the famous “street food” court.

Parking is tricky, but still works out eventually in a parkhaus 100 meter away.

Very good staff, eventually parking was also found. We used fitness center, pretty nice and basics. Location is awesome, close to Street food Aarhus, and Dokk1 (Public library). And 10/10 for breakfast even though it was very busy as one can imagine for July.

Air conditioning worked only at nights - room got way too hot in the mornings/day time! Parking space usually found only in parking garage a bit further from the hotel. Big construction on both sides of the hotel.
