Receptionist were more focused on bar customers than hotel. No information was provided upon checkin on socials. Been to better hostels that truly catered for solo traveller's. Not as social as I would have hoped. Stepped out to another hostel to enjoy my stay in CPH!

There were only 1 chair in the twin room and toilet papers were not set in the holder. Also, we stayed 2 night but there was 1 towel per person and they asked us to pay for extra towels which we don't totally understand.

The location is good. Also they gave us 1 free cocktail voucher and facilities are clean.

The bathrooms and showers are cubicles in the hallway, its was uncomfortable to use them. There is no kitchen and the bed wasn't very comfortable. Also, the floor i was assigned to was under construction.

I was surprised how nice it was for the price. Comfortable bed, Danish shower ( basically the shower is tiny ) Towels were included and shampoo and conditioner. Don't except anything fancy though

First time in Copenhagen. Downtown Hostel is very clean, good facilities and an ideal location close to Copenhagen train station and shops

The Hostel was central! Staff were welcoming and hold events daily that welcome others to meet each other. I travelled alone and met cool people there! For what I paid it was more than I expected and I would stay here again! It's a stone throw away from some of the prettiest cobble streets and aesthetically pleasing housing I've seen in Copenhagen. I would highly recommend!

The rooms are not clean. They do not change your pillow cover or bed sheets which is disgusting.. Rooms smell really bad. Bathrooms and toilets are not even clean and smell really bad too.. So you need to think twice. and had a bad experience there. I left my charger before I leave the room to explore the city center and when I come back around 10 PM at night, I was not able to find my charger where I put. The weird thing is that they only took my adopter. They left my cable….. so someone has stolen my charger in my room and I asked the hotels worker and they told me that they cannot do anything for this reason… Why!??

The narrow shape/size of the private bathroom and the shower head on the ceiling of the bathroom: the shower head is above the toilet and the toilet paper dispenser. The toilet paper gets wet during the shower - I removed the toilet paper from the dispenser after the first shower. The chalked up shower head needs a clean. The hangers in the bathroom are both damaged and missing. The rooms allow people to open the windows and climb out for a smoke. Other people staying there did this outside the shared "balcony", they smoked, coughed and chatted into the night/morning. Light sleepers would be highly bothered by this (the noise and smell). You can use the earplugs from the reception. The reception is in the bar, which can be extremely loud and rowdy on party nights. Good atmosphere in the bar, even though communication can be difficult due to the very loud music.

The central location, the affordable cost, the size of the bedroom (for a single person) and the heater, the hard mattress and clean linen, the hot water in the private bathroom. Comfortable place to return to after a day out.

I didn’t like the key system as you had multiple key pads with different codes to get into your room- you have an app if you forget them that tells you the code however with the nature of drinking and the drinking culture that’s promoted you’re bound to forget the codes and your phone could quite possibly die. I think a simple card system would be better, may cause hassle for loss of cards but I think it would be much more user friendly.

Honestly, I appreciated the most the beer in the bar just after arrival.. The room was decent, a fair experience for the money and location. It was good the railstation was reachable by foot.
