It was a bit odd and confusing that the check in was online and the check off was automatic. I think they just try to avoid having more personal, which is sad.

Everything was perfect, the bar/reception next to the hostel rooms was very cozy and the staff was very attentive and kind.

Lol to me it was a bit funny that they called themselves the best hostel in Copenhagen, I stayed for 3 nights and for two nights the toilets in my floor were dirty (I reported it but it took time to be cleaned D: ) Also I stayed in the 6th floor and the room was always too cold! The heater was never on and I was freezing (not used to cold weather but I did not understand why they didn’t turn it on at night). I didn’t have any expectations but lol if this is ‘the best hostel’ in Copenhagen I can’t imagine the others :-)

Have to pay for towels, guests kicking off in early hours of the morning, pods not great and keeping noise out. Approx 14 mins walk to train station

Bar downstairs, reasonable prices, comfy pod with variable ventilation and lighting inside, able to put suitcase under bed and coat hanger in room. 3 toilets and showers opposite room. Had an issue with a guest in a pod opposite starting a big argument at 2:30am with another guest who returned back, staff next morning gave us free coffee.

When we enter the room- the floor was really dirty, when we used the shower and after that the sink from the shower it was still dripping water (also it was really uncomfortable to use it).

It’s a little noisy late at night and the shower inside of our room was not very practical but did its job anyway.

The staff was very friendly, the drinks and breakfasts are cheap but good and the location was on point. There ´s a great vibe there anytime of the day, especially during the night events.

The hostel is fine. There is also a bar where you can drink beer and play foosball or pool. The room was okay, but a bit cold because there is no heating. Perfect location… I would say worth the price.

Okay, don't think those big hostels are kind, they ask money for anything and everything, even lockers, man. Never did I book a hostel without one locker during a stay. Yeah, but they can still ask for that because it's in a really good location and it's Denmark.

The bathroom was very awkward. The shower head is right above the toilet, and when you use the sink the shower head drips on top of you. Very frustrating when you don’t want to get wet. Didn’t feel very clean.

I stayed in one of the capsule beds and was impressed by the atmosphere, especially the designated quiet time, which is strictly observed by all. It also offers plenty of washrooms and shower rooms, ensuring convenience for all guests.

the hostel's team was very kind with me and helped me changing the room since a friend added at the last moment. But the best thing is that the hostel is basically in the center for all sites
