The air in the rooms was not very good as people tried to air-dry their wet towels at night but we only had one small window in this room of 12 people. It got hard to breathe sometimes.

The location of the hostel is exceptional. The staff was kind and the bar is great as well. Awesome place to meet new people!

I was concerned that there were bedbugs as I got 1-2 small bites. I don't seem to have brought any with me home so that's probably not the case. The ventilation wasn't good enough for me so I slept poorly.

Nice location, convenient to use and very nicely affordable. I like this capsule idea although I require more ventilation than was built in.

The rooms need some maintenance

The bathrooms was not part of the room which made it much better and less disruptive. The hostel was in the city centre and walk distance to all sights. The breakfast was super cheap and very good moneys worth.

I stayed there twice: once in the bunker bed and once in a "cabin"/capsule. The capsule had little hairs from previous guests under the sheets. I don´t know if this can be avoided somehow. A friend of mine got a bed with some bedbugs - but you gave her another bed which was fine. Prices in your hostel-bar are sadly a bit crazy - like everywhere else in CPH - so we avoided buying there. Would be nice though if prices could be more "traveller-friendly". Consider it.

The capsule bed was boiling hot and there was no air con or air flow. It was -10 outside but we were uncomfortably hot in the pod. Also, there was no signs on doors so we struggled to find the floor we were meant to be on and the exits etc.

To access the door, you should download an app, but unfortunately, it does not function well. After a day out, when you're too tired you want to return and relax, you have to download the app, register, and go through too many steps before being able to open your door. Moreover, the password sent via email became incorrect after 5 hours, and you need to went down and ask for new password.

The place boasted an excellent location with numerous facilities for relaxation. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, it's a great value for its price. Additionally, there is a reasonably priced locker room, which is a significant advantage.

Toilet/bathroom too small and smelly. Bathroom, clogged when you are showering it forms a pool and if you do not turn it off the water will go all the way out of the shower cabin. Most of the showerhead and roses were broken.

The bar is big and there is lots of places to charge your phone. Water fountain to refill your bottle. The bed is confy, but maybe they should put a curtain and a shelf in the bunks.

The rooms were a little hard to find. It could be useful to put room numbers above the doors of the floors, because I had room 112 and because I didn't know the first digit meant that's on the first floor, it took a while for me to find it. Perhaps logical, though.

Great party hostel if you're in to that kind of thing, the bar is very cosy and there is a lot of space to socialize. Very nice staff, and the breakfast was nice.
