Location of my room was near equipment storage and it was a bit noisy

The hotel is close to my office is in Copenhagen why I chose to stay there. This is nothing out of the ordinary, but functional. I did not enjoy a breakfast or any other services at the hotel so I wouldn't be able to comment on that.

The fact no restaurant on a Sunday, and no bar on a Sunday. After sight seeing we always have our dinner in the hotels restaurant.and have a drink in the bar. We discuss our weekend etc before going home on the Monday. It may have said no restaurant on a Sunday on line, which I may have missed!, If so it should be highlighted. No mention of the bar being closed. As a result I will nor go back, and will inform anyone going here no restaurant or bar on a Sunday, and I know thus will make them pick somewhere else.

Breakfast good, one or two staff a little too quick in taking the dishes away!! Location good.

loved our balcony view, even though the upgrade was quite expensive it was worth it Sauna was great. but a steam room would be good too

Breakfast was very crowded (I guess expected for the summer time) but the quality was not that good. I had a room in the ground floor which had a lamp post right outside our window. The lamp kept the room quite bright during the night even with the blinds so i found difficult to sleep through the night since i though it was morning already because of the brightness

Hotel overall facilities are OK. Locations is quite good.

Staff was not the best and I would have expected friendlier attention. One of the girls was even rude to me when I asked if I could make sure I will have a bike for the following day at a certain time, but another girl was not better than her when I asked where I could attend my work meetings as the internet was not working properly or with enough signal in my room (floor 5). One guy at the day I was leaving was the nicest one but this hotel really needs to work with its personnel and give them manners specially because it is an international hotel and you expect people from diverse cultures. They need to travel abroad and get immersed in culture matters at least once in a while. One of the guys at the restaurant was very kind and he allowed me to be in the restaurant to attend my working meetings. The room could have a coffee machine.

Very convenient near train and metro stations, nice view to the seaside. Very quiet in spite of so many people staying at the hotel and also all very organized. Great breakfast and facilities where it takes place. Comfortable and there is always space no matter the time. Again very well organized. You can notice management is doing its job well. Room has very good air and you can regulate hitting or air conditioning.

The walk board around the water should be upgraded, cleaned. Showers are uncomfortable. A narrow tub that makes standing difficult . No one uses tubs anymore , they should replace it with showers, and not a hand held shower head.

Close to metro. Clean restaurant. Public pool. Although not everyone dares to jump in that water. The staff were accommodating. I hope we remember the manager's name Neil? he was very professional and helpful with our upgrade.

Perhaps could be slightly more central - not much around had to get the metro to most places but that isn’t bad

The bathroom had a glass door and no lock on it. It was fine for us but I imagine that it could be an issue for some people.

Everything was great, we liked the hotel a lot. The location is very convenient, it is close to the trendy Meatpacking District with a lot of bars, restaurants and coffee shops. The staff members were very friendly and helped us with all our requests. The room is comfortable and has all the necessary facilities.

The breakfast was expensive, very busy, and just not worth the money

So close to the big shopping centre, which was great for the little things you always forget to pack and all meal great range of cafes and the supermarket too. Close to train as well. Beautiful views out the window, somewhere to swim. Walk along the river nice little bakery cafe on the far side.

Great location on the river. Fresh and clean facilities. Great staff. Just a 20 min walk from Copenhagen's main sites. Would visit again and recommend to others!

The room was ok, though a bit tight for 3 persons. I would have prefered a room with more light adn higher up, but it did the job. Also I was surprised how far the hotel was from the center of Down town Copenhagen, but since the weather was nice and the metros' work it wasn't really an issue.

I love your breakfast and so did my kids. it was 10/10 My boys also loved your fitness. Too bad the sauna was cold in the morning though.

There was nothing that I really don't like about the hotel.

The room was clean, comfortable. The location is great, next to Fisketorvet, one of the biggest shopping mall in Denmark (they have a nice food court there). Breakfast was nice.
