There were gym facilities that were closed for part of while we were there. We had booked specifically this locations because of the gym facilities so frustrating that they were shut.

We had a room upgrade because the original room overlooked 14 railway lines and was very bare and basic. You could still hear trains in the new room.

Very friendly staff - Azi on reception especially helpful. Great pool on site which was free to use and available any time not limited hours like some hotels with larger pools.

The pool is public, so there are a lot of kids so that you can‘t relax complitely.

the first night the hotel forgot to set up one of the bunk beds, but very minor, staff were very friendly and rectified it immediately, great stay!

We stayed during the winter and the temperature in the room was a bit lower. We found 18 degrees when we checked in. We set then the temperature to 24 degrees but it only goes around 22. When we came back from the city the temperature was 20 degrees. During the night the temperature reach about 22 degrees maximum.

The location is excellent. It is near the train station and Tivoli Gardens. You can walk to the main atractions. You do not need to use the metro. The hotel has free access to the city pool. You can find there also sauna. The breakfast was very good. You can have free coffee and tea in the hotel lounge. Here you can play for free a lot of boardgames.

Walls aren’t the thickest, you can hear a lot but just get used to it quickly.

Location is great, just 5 mins walk from the main station. 5 mins from meat packing district with great food. Reception has free tea, coffee, board games and sofas which is a nice vibe. Staff were super friendly and lovely. Hotel felt super safe as next to a leisure centre. The interior design and pink lift was cute!

Room cleaning was done well but not consistent, and the pillows were square, which is for sleeping. Im picky, but the main lights were very bright, while the lamps only on were quite dull, so lighting to get up wasnt soothing.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was relaxed and plenty of options, but the need to clean up at end of meal felt like a cafe. Location was excellent for the train station and walking to sights with lovely restaurants round the corner.

Good facilities. Some parts of the room need attention. Beds were too soft for my taste but comfortable duvets and pillows. Nice communal spaces. Breakfast was great with good variety but the same everyday.

room and breakfast a little on the hostel side, but first time to stay in Denmark so can’t make comparison. Also, not sure if it’s fair to say we didn’t like it, because if we visit Copenhagen again, this is where we will stay.

A little more space in the bedroom would have been nice, but both bunk beds were down to make it a family room, so you can understand where the space went.

Simple but clean room. Lovely shower, free safe in the room, comfy beds, nice breakfast, free coffee machine. Great pool. 5 minute walk from Central Station.

The pool was exceptionally cold! The radiator in the bathroom made it look shabby due to being so rusty.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Close to the train station and metro. Breakfast was good. Room was warm.

When we entered our room, it was freezing. Max temperature in the room was 17-19 degrees C throughout our 4days stay. We were told that it takes some time but it was cold all the time. Breakfast was so-so.

There was nothing to dislike. It was well thought out for customer needs.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed. It was very clean and modern. I really liked the reception area, it was a great hub to meet up and come together. It had games, music playing in the background and complimentary beverages, comfortable sofas. It was well used in the evenings.

Fantastic hotel. We didn’t use all of the facilities on offer but the pool looked brilliant. Great location, lovely breakfast, free hot drinks and games in living area in Reception
