We did not receive the email with code allowing you to enter the room, so I kept calling the number, but nobody picked up the phone for ages, it was very late and we started to feel stressed. Finally, just as we were gonna give up and book another hotel, someone finally answered and provided us with the code (after the call the email was sent as well) Then (this is not the hotel's fault) other guests switched on fire alarm at night, so we woke up in the middle of the night not knowing what the noise was and what was going on. Also no toiletries in the bathroom apart from soap for washing your hands.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and I guess it was cheap for Danish standards (not for other European countries though)

No negatives regarding the stay. Some visitors might not like that there is no direct contact with the owners/staff unless you have a need to contact them about a problem. We ate in the city but the local options seemed quite limited.

Stayed here for 3 nights during a visit to Odense for the Springsteen concert. Access was via a code provided before arriving. The rooms are separate from the property owner's house in a residential area a few kilometres from the city centre. Room was compact and functional. A good option for a more reasonable price than the booked out city hotels. Located in a quiet residential area, meant a good night's sleep. We had the Engholm BB breakfast one day (it's left in the fridge), it was OK but not great. The bus into town was quite frequent (about 800m away) and there are taxis at the station if needed (about DKK45).

Heavier curtains would be nice, as a black out to daylight.

Peaceful location, extremely comfy bed and nice shower. Fridge in room and kitchen facilities is excellent. Means you can get food in and keep it chilled or cook. Super close to a supermarket for supplies. Super responsive staff on email.

It was very clean and comfortable. The beds were exceptional. Good parking. Nearby a bus station and easily accessible from the highway.

Unfortunately, the size of the bed was not entirely clear from the pictures. Possible for two people, but a bit tight. 1.20cm or 1.40?. Unfortunately, the table in the outdoor seating area was broken, as we had a studio without its own seating area, which was a shame. The shower was very small and took up most of the bathroom, which isn't bad in itself. But it could be made more comfortable with a floor squeegee.

Stylishly furnished and very nice grounds. Everything you need was there. It's great that there is WiFi, parking and a washer/dryer. The idea of ​​the outdoor seating area and the bike rental is also nice.

Nothing. The accommodation was approx. 1 hour on public transport to the Odense Congress Centre where I was attending a conference. But that was my fault for not realising this before I booked my accommodation! :-)

The sheets didn't seem clean. When we pulled them back the next day (after sleeping in them) there were crumbs in the bed. We had not had food in the bedroom so knew it wasn't ours. there was some type of foil in there too, as if from a packet. I asked them to change the sheets which they did but we had slept in there one night already. We had a breakfast delivered the first morning but nobody came to collect the tray so we left it outside as the kitchen was too small to keep the trays in.

The room was comfortable and had a TV in. Shower was nice and not. Plenty of access to clean towels if needed. The heating was nice and warm.

The beds very easily moved away from each other, which is good if you don't want to be close, but a bit annoying when you like the one you sleep next to.

Looked nice, it was good to be able to cook simple foods there too. The place was nice and quiet but still close to the city. Easy access with bus.

There was a strange smell, but OK when we opened the windows.

The bed was new and so was the bathroom. We slept very well. It’s quiet and still close to Odense when you rent a bicycle.

Cleanliness, pleasant furnishings, will lots of conveniences, (small fridge, little dining table, outside patio.

The bathroom is quite small and is a wet room so everything gets wet. There is no coffee machine but instant coffee is provided. You do need to order breakfast in plenty of time but the owner emailed to warn us of this. All cabins have room for two people so if you are a young family, you will need to split across multiple rooms.

Simple, clean rooms with good facilities (including a happy plug in the bathroom). There is a laundry option on site and you can order breakfast. Close to local amenities (pizza, supermarket). It is on a bus route but town is walkable and there are forest and cycle routes if you don't want to go along road. Each cabin has a small outdoor area with table and chairs if it is a nice evening.
