Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NorwayZleep has system for guest self checkin, where a machine, which is the first we encounter on entry, is used for filling in detailed customer information. All this is done with touch screen entering of alphanumeric information. It is a mystery to me why this couldn’t be done much easier online before arrival, and the customer then be given a reference number for the self checkin. For the very few (are there any these days) that were not able to fill this out online, the existing system could of course be retained. Cumbersome as it it.
Nice hotel, close to Aalborg station. What I needed for an overnight stay on my way to Norway.

GermanyIf you are traveling for work like I did or you want to use wifi to watch videos, you should be ready to get disappointed. I guess my room was far away from the router and the noise level on WiFi was around -100 db meaning an extremely weak signal.

Amazing location right next to the bus terminal - it was lovely as we didn't have to think too much about where to go right as we got to a new city. The hotel was very clean and well furnished, it looked pretty and the bathroom was very well made.

Hi Zleep Hotel Aalborg, Check-in went painless with the automat in the entrance. You did indeed make our stay comfortable. We did especially like the beds. We didn't have time for breakfast - so no comments on that. The staff member in the morning was very friendly.
