Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThe room doesn't have AC so on a warm sunny day where my room was baking in the sunshine all day, it does get pretty warm. There is a fan available in the room though. Oh yes, there's no kettle in the room too.
Lots of bread and pastries options which was great. Plenty of choices for cold cuts too alongside some cereal options. The only hot food available was some omelette and some pancakes.

NetherlandsThe room was a bit warm and airless, and it slowly ventilated out.
The bus, train and metro are 5 minutes away. You can quickly reach the city center or famous attractions. The room was comfortable and clean.

United KingdomThe room was a bit hot at night, but otherwise everything was fine.
The airport is 5 minutes on the train and you can get to the city centre in 10 minutes on the metro. The hotel looks brand new, minimalist, but has everything you need for a short stay.

United KingdomLack of intercom in the room. The first room that was allocated to me had the wash hand basin leaking. I had to take the lift down to the reception to report the leakage. I was told that since everyone has a phone it is expect for guest to use their phone to call. I find this strange as I have a foreign number. The toilet roll is actually PAPER. Zleep Hotel Copenhagen Arena of this high caliber should provide proper soft toilet rolls. The lady at the reception desk in the morning of 30/07/2023 lack Customer Service skills.
Zleep Hotel Copenhagen Arena is in a great location and it is about 25 minutes on the Metro from Copenhagen Airport. The Metro fare is 30 DKK (3 zones). From the airport take the M2 (Yellow line) heading to "Vanløse Station” and change at "Christianshavn Station". From there take M1 (Green line) heading to "Vestamager Station" and get off at "Ørestad Station”. Cross the road and keep walking on the left. Zleep Hotel Copenhagen Arena is situated five minutes away from Ørestad Metro Station. Returning back to the Copenhagen Airport cost 24 DKK (2 zones). These fares were verified by the station staff. My room in the hotel was spacious. I requested for a fan and one was given to me to use throughout my stay. The Wi-Fi was stable and fast. Reasonable size TV. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Generous breakfast to keep one going for the day. Would I use OR recommend Zleep Hotel Copenhagen Arena? 100% YES!

AustriaThe rooms are tiny and the price is quite high for what you actually get - it feels more like an upper-class hostel with the bunkbeds (that are actually not comfortable).
The best was the close location to the airport, and the staff is really friendly. It is also quite well located to visit the city center, because the metro station is close! And there is a gym which is great!

AustraliaNo tea making facilities in room so not able to get a decent cup anywhere in hotel. Room was too warm during the night. Window only opened a couple of inches. No air conditioning.
Reception staff were really good - couldn’t do enough to help us. Checkin was very easy. Hotel is super modern and super clean. Room and bathroom beautifully clean. Comfortable bed ensured an excellent sleep. Great water pressure- plenty of hot water. Comprehensive breakfast with hot and cold dishes and fabulous bread!. Great coffee, awful tea which seems to be standard in Europe! 😩 Easy access to the city on the metro and to the airport on the train- both leave from Orestadt station which is a five minute walk away. Huge shopping centre opposite station.

AustraliaNo jug in the room😩 should be mandatory in my view! I like a cup of tea when I wake up.( I carry my own teabags to ensure a good cup)
Great location for the airport- eight minute walk to train station which is two stops from the airport. You get off the train in the departure lounge basement! Train NOT metro - they go from the same station! Fare about 48dkk each. Breakfast was expensive - aud31 each -but comprehensive- cereal, cold meats, salad , pates, great bread, omelettes, boil your own eggs! Yoghurts, cheeses. Tea was ghastly! Coffee very good. Staff fantastic. Room ultra clean, bed comfortable.

SerbiaBed was too soft, pillow too, no air conditioning so if your room is facing the street and you keep the window open for the night, you’ll not get much sleep due to the noise.
Location was excellent, breakfast was good.

SwitzerlandThe room had only one small window which opened to the street so the choice was either a stuffy room or a lot of noise at night.

United KingdomThe room temperature was too warm and outside was a lot cooler even though it’s summer (end of July). We tried to open the window but only we could open slightly.
The staffs were friendly and the bar was open 24/7 by the reception. We also borrowed an iron.
