Excellent location in a nice old building. Nice bright breakfast room and good bar/restaurant next door. Friendly staff who helped with wrongly issued parking ticket.

Our sons room was a long way from ours and not as modern as ours or as nice. We didnt ask to change but would presume that this part of the hotel was older

Great location with access to the center of town very easily. Parking is at the hotel so that is a bonus if you have a car.

Breakfast has very limited choice. Bodywash and soap in dispenser was missing in the shower and there are no amenities in the room only soap and napkins which spoils the experience in the end. no options of the bath robes(((.

Great location and access to the rail way station. We booked suit 309, which has amazing comfy bed, great bath tube. was super comfy to sleep.

Good sized room, clean, nice staff, great location. Some rooms are a little dated however I think they are renovating them slowly. Would stay again!

The trash bins were not emptied when I arrived. The room was old and not really cozy. Holes in the wall from previously mounted shelves. The bathrooms drain was smelling bad after every use of the shower. It was ok because I was away most part of the day but i would not recommend it for a private stay. Especially not for the price.

Poor cleaning of the room, and the beds was only made 1 time in 6 nights.. The hotel needs maintenance.

Great location just in the centre of Roskilde. Very good breakfast although I missed danish cheese... Very clean room and bathroom. Hotel is not so big - good size when you like smaller, cozy accomodation. Comfortable car park provided.

It is a basic room at a high price for what it is. The staff were helpful. Location was very good.

Very impersonal. Self check in, self luggage storage for which they charge, over priced for the amenities offered which were a paper cup and a Bible, take it out of the hotel category and put it as Airbnb

They have overcharged me by putting me in situation on check-in "pay as we ask you or leave", and when I asked for the invoice the they have send me invoice after check-out on email with wrong amount on it. I've asked them to correct it, but they are not answering my emals.

The breakfast is sparse. On the first night, we were put in a Family Economy room even though we had booked a Family Deluxe room. The Economy room was terrible. The next day, I inquired about the issue, and they told me they had been having problems with booking.com. We got a better room for the last night. No compensation was offered.

We booked a 3 bed room for us and a 2 year old, it was very cramped, situated looking over the main road and partying and music was very loud long into the night, followed by road cleaners and traffic from the realt hours, meaning very little sleep for any of us, even with the windows closed, which then made the room unbearably hot. A nice hotel but we booked it to sleep……and couldn’t.

Some of the rooms are very old and in need of renovation. Care with booking essential. The rooms at the back wing of the hotel are spacious and light. No tea and coffee in the rooms

The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful after we needed to shift rooms due to a booking mixup.The breakfast was extremely good with wonderful selection Timon of danish breads and pastries. The restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent food and service.( we ate there twice)Parking very convenient just behind the hotel

Noisy (even on internal courtyard) Very basic below average room fit out. Dated, low end rooms. Zero room amenities. No tea or coffee. No toiletries. Very expensive (compared to Copenhagen prices) No safety box No fridge.

Stunning exterior of the building on the main walking street. Decent sized room. Big shower. Friendly staff.

Nice place, glad I could stay, but felt a little over- priced.

I liked almost everything about this stay. Not far from the train station and the Viking ships a pleasant 20 min? Walk downhill there, and equally pleasant uphill walk back. Friendly staff who let me leave a bag early, nice room overlooking pedestrian walk (quiet, good windows), and clean.

Stairs were a bit of a challenge, but after a couple of days we almost ran up it. Not sure if there is a lift, there maybe at the other end of the hotel.

Position In town was ideal, breakfast was good and food at attached restaurant was very good.
