The room was generally nice and clean apart from the floor ( black feet when walking barefoot out of the shower;)). We were missing hand towels, we only got one bath towel each. We were also missing some cups or glasses in the room to drink water from. The corridor carpets are old, destroyed, and dirty. so the maintenance in the corridors is minus.

The location is brilliant, and we had a lovely room on the top floor with a separate toilet and shower. That feature of the room was very nice. We didn't have much contact with the reception staff, but the staff in the bar was lovely. We loved the big terrace with plenty of tables and benches. The room itself was good value for the money:)

The bed was not very comfortable and there was cold air coming in from the window. To be fair, we knew that the beds were bunk beds, so this should not be considered as negative for other people.

I had many sleepless nights, I stayed here for 4 nights. I had booked a female room for my first solo trip because then I would sleep with fewer people. Every night I couldn't sleep because of women coming in at night drunk or being very loud. Many women also snored really loud. I understand that the hostel can't do much about this, but it's a shame that other people can't think about other travelers in the room.

The hostel was right in the center so it was very nice to walk everywhere. In the lounge you had enough places to sit, which I really liked. I had my own power socket near my bed so I didn't have to share it with anyone.

It was VERY warm in the room, once you had been in there a couple of minutes you got used to it, but when you entered it was hot. Also, the windows weren’t very sound proof and Generator is in the middle of the city, so I woke up a couple of times in the night because of passing cars and people talking outside the building.

The bed linen is so messy, it keeps coming out. The room is not very well cleaned. Staff didn't answer was requests helpfully. In the afternoon downstairs is a bar more than a common area. There is no way to warm up or cook food.

It has very good location within a short distances to many touristic spots, restaurants, shops, parks...

Staff was really friendly, check-in, and check out went smoothly. Location is great, walking distance from most places you'd like to visit and also good offer for food/restaurants around the area. Having a supermarket just across the street is very handy if you travelling on a budget 😀

It doesn’t have a hostel vibe, too big restaurant with most of the people from outside of the hostel (workers mostly). Even hard to get a table without booking, specially for the games.

When we arrived we were assigned used beds. The receptionist handled it very professionaly and assigned us other beds. The shower in the room smelled, so we used the one available to all the guests.

The location was excellent. There is an aldi and kebab nearby, it was easy to explore the city of Copenhagen. The hostel restaurant allowed (or at least the staff didn't object to) bringing in our own food which was nice.

It was advertised that there would be USB ports in the bedrooms but there was only a plug outlet so you can't use your charger unless you have a danish plug.

The location is in great walking distance to most things and right by a supermarket which is very convenient. The lobby has a great vibe and the restaurant is super nice.

Other guests were not very respectful as there were people returning to the hostel during the night and making lots of noise whilst others were sleeping. Children could be heard running up and down the corridors during the early hours of the morning.

The location of the hostel was great with easy walking access to some destinations and links to near by metro stations. The staff were helpful and friendly and the hostel was lovely and clean and good facilities.

the staff is so moody! getting anyone's attention at the bar was nearly impossible, they just carry on doing their own thing and don't give an eye contact. once you have their attention, the attitude was so passive aggressive!

It's not the accommodation's fault, but my roommates were terrible. They arrived at dawn and each girl started to wash and dry her hair. (their hair was blow-dried in the bedroom area) The big lamp was on all the time, even though there were night lights by the beds as well.. they had no regard for the other person, they were very noisy, you couldn't sleep because of them.

The accommodation was in the city center and all sights could be reached on foot. There were plenty of supermarkets nearby. Staff were kind and room was very clean. The bed was comfortable.
