The elevator seemed old or maybe because there was only one elevator so, at times it took forever just to reach me whenever I called it.

There was a lot I liked about Generator Copenhagen. The atmosphere and vibe was very welcoming, the price of my stay was of good value compared to other properties nearby, the location was fantastic, and the Generator staff were very warm, welcoming, and fun. Special staff shout-out to Elisabetta, every morning she was the one greeting me at the breakfast bar next to the lobby. She made sure every morning that I was taken care of during breakfast and I appreciate when staff go above and behind for customers like that.

Music from the bar is way too loud on Fri/Sat and goes on until 2am making it hard to sleep. Staff did provide ear plugs but you could still hear the bass even from the 5th floor (bar is on the 1st floor)

The chees did not have enough holes in it.

We travelled with kids aged from 8 to 15. They were okay even with the outside noise or young party people coming back in the morning or at night. Surprisingly, a clean place for the hostel. It has a friendly and safe atmosphere. I recommend it for young party people.

We were in the early October, and the night temperatures were already low but the heating has not worked yet so it was rather chilly at night. Also note that they don't do cleaning during the stay, so it might not be an option for longer stays.

The hotel is located in a very central location, easy to get from the airport and close to all main sights. The room is small but very convenient. We rented the bike for a day at the property, it was very convenient and easy to do. The room was new and clean, the staff was helpful.

When you remember, that you did not booked Ritz, but upgraded hostel l, It is perfect choice - location in center, small but clean rooms with big bed, white towels and bedclothes, modest but decent breakfest, nice and helpful staff.

The room was very cramped with little room to move; I did expect it to be bigger as I had booked the superior King. The bathroom had a shower curtain to separate the room in half, with no physical barrier on the ground to keep water from going all through the bathroom. We didn't have any bath mats to dry the floor; the wonderful reception staff provided us with extra towels to dry the floor. These are minor inconveniences, everything else was great.

Great location and there were plenty of options for food available in the restaurant area. Staff were very helpful with our questions about things to do etc. The King bed with two quilts, was very comfortable. The laundry set up was great; I always appreciate being to do washing.

The room were clean and well organised, the location is just great both for people that are just walking or the ones that have their own bikes (like me!). I really appreciated the fact they had their own bike park. I suggest to pay a little bit extra and get the buffet breakfast, great deal price-quality.

The heater could have worked a little better and I fancy bathtubs; I gather is a little bit to much to ask for a Hostel in spite of the fact i requested the best room.

I liked how it serves it purpose and how the location was superb. Theres a market really close by and the docks for the boat tour. Location location location!

The common space was fun and encouraged mingling among hostel guests. The 4-person rooms had a "private" toilet and shower, which was a great perk.

My own lock wasn't suit for the locker. Suggest to bring a bigger lock for the locker under the bed, otherwise you don't use any lock or buy a suitable lock in check-in desk.

We were living in the second floor and we were disturbed by the music sound beneath our room coming from Hostel bar. If you like to rest early - bear in mind that loud music and party won't stop till 23 pm. Breakfast quality is low, but good thing that it's cheap - just 10 eu for one day.

Location is perfect for city center sightseeing, also there are lockers for early check in, for this price it's easy/bearable to live for couple of days.

Some of the guest were really noisy and loudly in the middle of the night, were drunk which made my experience not the ideal.

unfortunately we were staying during a heatwave and there is no air conditioning in the rooms. Also in a very noisy area of town and we had to pick between not sleeping because of the heat or having a window open and not sleeping because of the noise. Most of the year this would not be a problem!

Centrally located in Copenhagen this is a great hostel for sightseeing and nightlife. Fantastic cafe, bar downstairs serving food all day at Affordable prices. plenty to do including boules and pool.
