The room and bathroom were a bit small.

The location and the bar. Lot of activities on going at night and the beer prices are reasonable. I like the location because it was close to parks and points of interest.

Highly recommend more bathrooms in the common areas- often large bus loads of people would be dropped off and need to use the bathroom and it was a bit of a mess. Also, it feels like the place in general needs a deep cleaning (the bathroom in our room) the walls and the carpet in the hallway. It smelled like friend chicken for some reason.

The beds (in the double room) were comfortable.

On arrival to the room that had been planned for us, we were met with two set of bunk beds.... if you are in your youth and your mobility work on command it would have been acceptable. However we three ladies are between 65 and 80 ...... I voiced my frustration over the room choice. Going onto the website to book it was my true impression that I had reserved a room with 2 double beds and 1 bunk bed. Whatever photo features the website ought to correspond with what hotel/hostel can offer.

Thank you Sumanji for making us feel so very welcome from the moment of hello. You upgraded us with a room that was manageable for three mature ladies. Your staff were totally customer service aimed whether it was in the Reception or in your bar/restaurant area. Loved your evening meal menu and thus we had our meals with you every day. And not forgetting the breakfast buffet, so nice and simple.

The rooms were a little hot, and the windows can't be opened very much. There is no air conditioning as far as we could tell, so this might be uncomfortable in hotter weather. One of the plugs in the room didn't work. A kettle in the room also might have been nice.

The beds were very comfortable, and the room clean and modern. The bathroom was totally accessible for disabled guests, which impressed me. The lockers at reception was handy for us too, as we wanted to explore the city a bit more after checkout.

The cost of the lockers we’re very expensive. Would have been nice to be able to leave luggage after check out at a reasonable price.

The location was perfect right in the centre of everything. Within walking distance to the Botanical Gardens. Super market directly opposite. And lovely restaurants and shops and bakeries on our doorstep. Perfect will be staying again. Very comfy beds and warm showers what more do you want.

Tv doesn't work, you hear the noise of people passing by which is bad because it is in the party area, water leak st the sink pipe, the lady in the reception seems like she doesn't like being there... Lol

Pretty basic. It's essentially a youth hostel pretending to be a hotel, so lots of young people partying. Not the best if you're older and want a good night's sleep.

We stayed in a "King Superior" room for 5 nights, but our experience was disappointing. Our room was on the loft on 6th floor, behind a hallway door that slammed constantly, waking us up 10–13 times each night. It was also directly across from the laundry room, where guests used machines late into the night, causing noise and vibrations in our room. When we reported the issue, the only solution offered was free earplugs—which we already had. The bed was smaller than expected and uncomfortable, and though the hostel claims to be smoke-free, cigarette smoke and smell from the patio entered our room through the windows.

room is too small to accommodate 4 people, there is only space for beds, so forget spending some time in the room, it is only for sleep. sink in the middle of the room is not convenient, beds are not comfortable, lighting in the bathroom is not sufficient
