No roomservice, no cleaning of the room during our stay. Had to find clean towels by our self. Bad breakfast. Vert much noise at the hotell and outside the hotell in the evening.

Very bad breakfast for a hotell. Our expectations was much higher. Therefor we had breakfast only one morning at the hotell.

No maintenance, shower was clogged and the water was accumulating very quickly during shower, horrible experience. Rooms had no sound isolation at all, given its middle of town it sounded like there were parties inside my room.

It is not a 3-star hotel but local accommodation only for groups of young people who care neither about quality nor hygiene. I don't know who controls the attribution of hotel categories in Denmark, but it seems to me that something is not right in the category of this hotel on Booking.com. I asked for a triple room and received a 16 m2 room with two 1.90 m bunk beds. I had to sleep curled up and without any comfort. In addition to the beds not being made in advance, it was necessary to pay separately for towels, soap and shampoo. This is not something that happens in real hotels! In the bunk beds there were remnants of gum clinging to the bases near the ceiling and the mattress protectors were turned inside out to hide fluid stains from previous customers. The hallways were dirty and no sign of cleaning work. I took photos of everything in the room and in the hallways in case there were any questions. In the beds, I had to remove the protectors and make the beds in the best way possible so that my wife and son could have a night with a minimum of hygiene. The breakfast was simple and poor for the amount charged. For the price paid and the comfort received, it is an experience not to be repeated even if they say it is cheap!

The hall way is smelly and dirty. Door handle and room window fixtures were broken. Way too much noise around the hotel resulting in unable to get into normal sleep.

The location is great to tourists which is good to us. The staff was nice.

Just be aware they charge for everything. You have to rent lockers you store your stuff, and rent a towel. The free only covers the bed and sheets.

There is no air conditioning in the private rooms with double beds. If you close the window, you won’t be able to sleep because of the heat. If you open it, you won’t be able to sleep due to the street noise. We knew it was a budget hotel, but we didn’t expect such poor conditions. We saw only one (yes, one) elevator for hundreds of guests, staff, and cleaners to use. If you’re staying on the sixth floor, you’ll have to wait several minutes just to leave the hotel or get back to your room. All of this might still be acceptable since we were only staying for two nights, but I want to share the main issue that disturbed us. On the last night of our vacation, we were waiting in the lobby for our flight. Unfortunately, our flight was canceled, and we had to stay one more night. Despite having available rooms, they charged us nearly double for a room from 2 a.m. to 10 a.m. Since we couldn’t find another hotel at that hour, we had no choice but to accept. From their perspective, perhaps we should have been grateful to find a room, but to us, this was nothing more than taking advantage of their own guests. We wish we had stayed somewhere else; there were much better places in the city for the same price.

I warn everyone who wants to spend a normal night in this hostel: it is not possible and you won't sleep a wink for long at night. During my stay, there were several groups of Danish teenagers there, running around the corridors long into the night, shouting, knocking on the walls of the room, shouting out the window at people walking down the street, and knocking on my door. Their teacher guardians did not intervene at all. The worst thing is that the hostel staff did not intervene too when I asked them to keep order late at night. So - avoid this place !

The bar has extremely pricey non-alcoholic drinks. It can be a long walk to reach the room. Too early check-out. Quite noisy everywhere in the hostel.

It's near a grocery store and it seems like if you're good with technology and doing everything online first, it can be a smooth check-in.

Too warm at night/in the morning. Although on 5th floor, it was loud at night with the music downstairs at the bar and also with people outside. When other bedroom doors closed beside you, it made a loud bang which woke us up early in the morning. Random people knocking on our door (joking and pretending to be room service ect) and running away on the last night. Spiders and some dust/cobwebs in room.

-The room is extremely uncomfortable and bathrooms very dirty, not the hostel’s fault but the roommates you have. - You need to pay for absolutely everything, towels not included and lockers to leave your bags also for rent. -Facilities are very outdated, two other friends that stayed in different hostels in the city during the same weekend had a much better service and newer installations at a similar rate, my suggestion is to search for other alternative if price is similar.

The location of the hostel is amazing, it is also very lively and as described on the pictures, very well represented.

It was no A/C so conditioning of room was a little poor, but as it was good weather we just used window.

Great location, good value of money. You can book just a bed in a room or private room with bathroom. As we chose private one - it was clean, comfy bed, nice staff, bar downstairs with drinks, food, nice breakfast, big chill place inside and outside. You can park a car in same street just few hundred meters from hotel.

This place is very close to main attractions areas of the copenhagen.In addition to this, room is clean and enough for everything.I dont understand why some people gave a bad comment regarding with their stay.I didnt encounter any problem to stay without AC because the copenhagen weather is not Like boiling hot thats why please do not take into consideration about bad comments.
