The room was really small, and the double bed was split in two halves, which caused some discomfort. The drain was located directly in the floor of the bathroom, so water spread all over the room during showers. Finally, there was noise coming from the community area of the hostel where parties are thrown late in the evening/at night. No vegan menu for breakfast.

Excellent location in the heart of Copenhagen. Cleanliness. Affordable accommodation price. Very pleasant staff and digital service wherever possible.

The staff was kind and happy, very helpfull. The common area is great with many people. The location is perfect, centrally located it's incredibly convenient near everything and only a few minutes walk from the metro so you can go anywhere on foot.

There was an incident of theft. During the night, an individual gained access to the room using a card and took items that were not secured in the lockers, including shoes, clothing, personal belongings, and food. The staff responded promptly, identified the responsible person, and successfully retrieved the stolen items. However, the staff informed us that this individual was planning to leave the building, yet the following day I noticed her still present. Although the situation has been resolved, please be careful and remember to secure your belongings. I was surprised to find that the property charged me more than I expected without providing a clear explanation. It is uncommon to encounter additional charges for items such as towels and the dryer as well.

Room was very warm at night and on Saturdays, there are parties happening at the hostel until the early hours of the morning so be prepared for noise. Also a slight smell from the drain after having a shower but not particularly noticeable.

The location is very good, only a 5 minute walk to Nyhavn and plenty of public transport and restaurant options close by. They also have a good system for keeping luggage, large lockers available big enough to hold two cabin size suitcases and another bag and it cost €3 for 6 hours. Room size is small but to be expected for Copenhagen.

No AC in the room - a small fan which didn't compensate much for the heat we had in the room from direct sunlight. Breakfast was reasonably priced - but not many options except for bread, scrambled eggs and cereal. Also, very noisy at night, both at the hotel (since there are shared rooms and many youths) and the street overlooking.

Value for money for a central stay in Copenhagen - minutes away from Nyhavn and all main attractions.

Only one lift which was a problem with big cases when on the 6th floor. Room was small (enough it was a superior room), it was hot (no fan or air con), wet room for en suite and decor needed updating.

It has a floor for partying and drinking that can be busy and noisy. There's no common room for resting (like a sofa area or library) quietly. In the room, the storing basket can not be locked with a normal size locker (like the ones you used at the gym).

Close to everything to see in the city in a safe area, quiet corridors for accessing the rooms only accessible by the guest. Overall, it is clean and modern. Possibility to rent a bike and games in the bar area.

Arrived at night with no way to enter tried to use the “doorbell” but no staff granted us access as you have to use your card to enter the building at night. Luckily another guest let us in.

We’ve heard a lot of night life noises from the street in our room, but it was Saturday. Also, be ready to have with you everything, as only bed clothing is included. The rest you need to buy. For instance, there is no soap in the showers, only in toilets. I was also really surprised there was no kitchen in this hostel. Probably my mistake to assume there will be, still feels like a big gap for a modern hostel.

The rooms (a private room for 2) were very small, hardly any space to walk around the bed, could barely open up a suitcase. Not informed that cleaning/ towel changing had to be asked upfront at the reception. The hallways were not ventilated, a damp smell was lingering when walking towards the room.
