How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Our only issue was in NO airconditioning in the room. Appears Copenhagen was unseasonally hot for this time of year which we understand. We did slep with the window open however this proved to be barely adequite for both air flow and to cool the room. The traffic noise was not good but having the window open was the lessor of the two evils. Not a very good nights sleep !!!
The room was great and we aslo enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were good and their suggestion for a local restaurant for dinner was great.

Shower was very basic. No cubicle, just a shower curtain in a very small bathroom. That is the only very minor negative.
Great location for a trip to visit family in Tårnby. It is pretty handy for the airport too. It was quiet and dog friendly. Plenty of parking. Super friendly reception team.

Compared to other European cities it's very expensive for what you get, but that's Copenhagen for you. Bathroom is basically a small wet room which some people might not like
For Copenhagen it is very reasonable price, clean, shared areas nice, close walk to train and supermarket

Although it was close to a train, it only runs every 20-30 minutes. The shower is where the sink is in the bathroom and water leaks out onto the carpet in the room. There isn’t free luggage storage. No AC.
They let us check in 30 min early at no charge which was nice. It had what we needed. It was very close walk to a train station. It was clean.

Most of the staff working at the reception were not very welcoming and kind of cold.
The hotel is nice. The room was big and comfortable, equipped with a kitchen box. The breakfast was also very good and the people working at the buffet were nice and helpful.

Very basic room. No hair dryer, no shampoo etc.
Right next to the airport and one or two stops from the centre of Copenhagen. Perfect location for us.

Zero frills hotel. A place to rest your head before an early flight
Close to CPH and Tårnby station. Easy to and from airport. No frills hotel with a decent continental breakfast and a nice happy hour. Helpful, friendly staff.

The bathroom/shower was tiny and the shower run off of the sink . When showering you had to pull a curtain across the toilet. If your slightly larger than average it would have made showering troublesome. Also if you wanted to use the toilet after showering you would need to put shoes on or you would get wet feet from the excess water . The pillows on the bed were also extremely poor . I would say this is more hostel type accommodation I didnt think £350 for 3 nights B&B was called for although it was one of the cheaper hotels in the area I guess it's an expensive city . All in all we had a lovely time I just would expect better quality bedding and a bigger bathroom all be it basic
