Nothing to complain about. A suggestion is to give some info about the key card holder in the room. Not obvious how to slot the card when the room is dark.

Excellent location. Close to Metro station and easy walk to shopping and Royal Arena. Room was modern, comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was simple but very good and fresh.

Less than 1 minute away from Bella Center Metro station from which takes you to the center of the city. Color/ design of the inside of the Hotel was inspiring for decorating my home. Breakfast was proteic with enough options and kept you energy throughout the day even if the weather in Denmark is not so sunny, but the silence and simple things are enough to enjoy a city break here.

Staff were so welcoming, helpful and informative. There was free hot drinks throughout the stay which was a perk as it was quite nippy. Room was comfortable and had an area to work from. Great view. Very easy to get around as right next to the metro.

We had a pleasent stay on the second floor, the room had a window reading spot, which we loved, the bathroom was nice and clean and the heating was working really well, the room was warm enough for us. The metro station is a 3 minutes walk and the metro brings you straight to the city centre.

Found the aircon tricky to work but once we mastered it, it was very good to have.

The water pressure in the shower was the one and only thing that could be improved.

The hotel was new, clean and modern. We liked the location as we enjoyed being very near the mall, and also a little bit away from the main hustle and bustle of the city. The bed was huge and comfortable and the room was everything we needed for a few nights.

We booked this hotel due to its close proximity to the airport, we had an overnight stay. Room was comfortable, staff were wonderful. Breakfast was a mix of hot and cold selections. It offers complimentary tea/coffee/hot chocolate in the lobby 24 hrs. There is also a bar and restaurant on site. Overall we had a great stay.

Not enough pillows. Booked a double room and got a twin instead, staff were very confused when I asked for an extra for my pregnant wife. Didn't seem happy when he come up and thought I had lied about taking the spare out of the bag on top of wardrobe

The hotel lounge and breakfast area was a bit dark. They need to turn up the lights. Breakfast not much choice.

The location was very near the metro. Easy to get to the centre. Hotel very near a supermarket and a bakery. There was complementary tea, coffee or hot chocolate available in the lounge all day.
