EVERYTHING!!! The location was perfect! It’s close to the metro station and a few bus stops (3-5 min. walk), and the city center isn’t far from where the hotel is (less than 30 min. via metro)… it’s close to the airport as well (approx. 30 min. via metro). The area itself (Ørestad) is really pretty, quiet and chill… and we felt very, very safe. The hotel lobby was soooo chic, spacious and cozy. The hotel staff were very kind, accommodating, helpful, warm, and efficient. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Our room was really clean, comfy and cozy. It’s got everything we need! We also loved the big windows. The beds were very nice and comfy. And the cleaners did so well in keeping our rooms tidy. Will definitely book this hotel again when I visit Copenhagen next time.

Even though it's convenient to have metro station nearby, I had to adjust to the noise level coming from the side of the hotel facing metro line.

A nice and stylish hotel, with friendly staff. I felt very comfortable in the room, it had all amenities that I needed. Plus the location is right next to the metro station, so you can easily reach the city centre by metro.

What's not to like?

I do not remember the name of the staff lady who recommended the boat tour, but I want to thank her for suggesting it because we had only a short evening and this gave us a chance of seeing many, many highlights in Copenhagen. Thank you Ibis Styles. We had a delightful time.

Breakfast could be improved, lovely pastries from over the road but how can I be in Denmark and have no Danish bacon offered?! Only scrambled eggs too, more choice please. Hallways are super dark and need much better lighting.

Hotel is in a good spot with reasonably modern decor - I love the knot pillows! Beds were comfy, breakfast was ok.

Location is outside the city, but with a train stop less than a minute walk hotel, commuting to the city centre and airport is exceptionally and hassle free, taking less than 10 minutes. The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything required, with a lovely reception area. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Copenhagen

Our room was facing the metro station, we could hear the trains stopping every 5min or so. We are light sleepers and even playing white noise from our phones did not help much with blocking the sound.

The hotel is very stylish, comfortable and it has everything we needed. Staff were friendly and check-in/check out very smooth. We enjoyed the free coffee and the location was not bad either

The room was small and the bathroom was tiny. There was no hair conditioner available, nor body lotion. For that price without breakfast I was expecting a bit more.

The hotel is only one metro stop from Royal Arena, so location is perfect for going to a concert and staying the night. There is a complementary drink station in the lobby, a very good bakery just next door.
