The room was really small and I could not sit at the desk comfortably as there was no space for the chair. The hair dryer was not in the room and I had to go down every day to ask for it.

The hotel is in the city centre, in what seems the entertainment district. There were earplugs in my room so I was worried it would be noisy. Luckily I did not need to use it. My room was in the back of the hotel so away from the street and on the top floor. I needed the receipt to be done in a certain way and the personnel was extremely helpful in sorting this out. Thank you!

The nude pictures in the common area. For this alone I will unfortunately not return. Noise from the hallway goes through the doors pretty easily.

The slamming and beeping of the not quite closed door from the room next door repeatedly at 1am as they kept coming in and out for about an hour. This was on a Sunday night. I can't imagine how noisy it would be on a party night but if you want to party in Aalborg it's perfect. I had mistakenly thought it would be OK when all the bars were shut! I was also not a fan of being woken up again at 6am when the staff arrived to prepare breakfast. I would ask for a room away from the main street and reception to help with some of these issues.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good and the bed and room were great.

Breakfast was decent and the breakfast room was very clean. Staff were very helpful when I needed assistance on anything. Room again was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The location was excellent for this hotel, right in the center of the town with windows looking to the walking - (party) street. A little noisy on the weekend, but a very positive atmosphere.

The room was a bit warm and stuffy, but there was a fan to cool down so that was nice.

It was nice with a double bed, the pillows were comfy. Everything was super clean, and the stuff made it possible to check in a bit earlier - AWESOME. Many channels on the TV.

We really didn't like that there was no elevator and we had to carry all our baggages via the staircase.

Couldn't fully open the windows. You had to go up some stairs to reach the reception area.

Unfortunately very hot during our stay and No external windows cool the room. Very uncomfortable sleeping. Rooms are very small for two people.

It was quite noisy outside at night but that's not the hotel's fault.
