The drain for the shower was in the middle of the bathroom, which means after every shower. The entire bathroom floor was flooded with water. Maybe this is customary but it’s some thing I am not accustomed to.

Dad was very comfortable and I like the fact that you could open the windows and get fresh air.

We had a twin room, ie a double bed split into 2. They were very comfy but quite small and narrow when divided into 2 beds. Smaller than average singles. Otherwise everything else was good 🙂

nice old "grand" hotel in the middle of the city, we had a room to the inner courtyard which was really not noisy at all. Room was not too big but fully ok, great bed.

The room was relatively small so with two armchairs and a little desk it was too cluttered. The queen size bed was too small for us. Coffee machine was not working properly. There were only two coat hangers, we asked for more but none was available. There was no grip at the bath tub to make showering easier and safer for the elderly. We missed some writing paper. We were not informed and misinformed by the reception staff. It was only by accident that I learnt about traffic restrictions due to the Ironman Race on the day of our departure. It was not possible to take a taxi to the DFDS Ferry Terminal so we were adviced to take metro to Orientkaj station and walk from there. It was 1,7 km. Only later I found out that we could have got off the metro one stop earlier at Nordhaven and we would have had to walk only 880 metres!

Breakfast was very good - selection of fruits (pineapple, grapefruit, orange, kiwi, grapes), excellent scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages, tomato-chesse-fresh basil salad, fantastic bread, selection of cheeses and ham, juices, ... Excellent location, we could get anywhere we needed on foot. Very good television.

For someone with a stroller or wheelchair, the hotel has not yet been updated to meet their needs by including ramps, for example.

Hotel location is great, very close to the central area of Copenhagen. The staff is professional and polite. The breakfast as well as the restaurant are both of good quality. The bed was comfortable for those like me who like soft mattresses.

My room was fairly small and the shower curtain doesn't scream 4 star hotel, but I'm also fairly sure I had the smallest and cheapest room in the hotel.

I probably had the smallest room in the hotel, but it meant I got to enjoy the excellent staff, location, breakfast, and cleanliness everyone else had for a decent price.

The room was quite small and hot, even with the AC on. After getting off the elevator, we also had to climb a half staircase to our room, which was a bit annoying as our bags were large and we weren't offered assistance to bring them up the stairs into the hotel or up to our room.

The location was excellent, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
