Walls are very thin and that really disturbed my sleep. They don't clean the rooms everyday, which makes a longer stay a bit uncomfortable.

Hotel's restaurant serves very delicious food and breakfast was great.

All ok, but three minuses. 1- hard to find the keys that were put ready, at least for first time visitors. 2- no ac, damp room low quality air. 3 - Bad parking offers, came with a big car and had to park illegally to have it close by

No staff at the desk or as far as we could tell in the whole building after 8:30 in the evening. Rather strange. Outside door locked and nobody told us the first night how to get in!!

No lift and we stayed at 3rd floor. The key didn’t work properly that we used 10 minutes to open the door.

Quite a lot of noise from other rooms. Some of the breakfast was not good. The scrambled eggs were saltier than an ocean - it must have been a mistake. The waffle mix was thin and a failure. Coffee choice not great for a modern hotel - i would expect more than just black coffee. Small things that make a big difference.

Great with 3 car chargers, and lots of parking near the hotel and also around the town. Room 206 was plenty big enough. Staff very friendly. Excellent central location.

I have nothing to complain about.

This is an old hotel in the centre of Brønderslev. It was functional, the room was small but good, the bed was excellent. The breakfast was good and tasty with an adequate selection of food. The hotel also offered good and free parking behind the hotel.

The bathroom had some mcgyver solutions that I didn't like so much. The shower curtain was hung up by a small steel rail, once you moved the curtain it fell loose, easy to fix but very annoying. The drain cover in the shower did not have a lock ring to keep the cover in place. If you stepped on it on the edge, the entire cover would loosen up. To be fair, this is small issues, but for me. Enough to not give it 10 out of 10. The hotel otherwise was exceptional. If the hotel does give the bathrooms real love and avoid mcgyver solutions. It will be my new favorite for the next years.

Very cosy hotel, central location and easy to find. Also liked the parking possibilities nearby. Modern/ old age style in the room we had. Quite nice and I liked it!

The noisy hallway floor outside the room. The room was not inviting, hardly any decoration, no desk to put a laptop on, the bed mattresses should be changed, because they sag. No lift. Not enough seating in the restaurant to accommodate all hotel guests, we had to have dinner somewhere else.

The location in the centre is excellent, also good parking. Wonderful shower.

Small Bed, after looking about at night I finally found the envelope with room keys in, and I had to ask where the breakfast area was as there weren't any signs that I could see, breakfast down the lower stairs.

Quick area to stay at from ferry. Clean and good size bathroom, good parking area.

When I was checking in, I only received the key, without any explanation of how the hotel works. I arrived at 7:30 p.m. and wanted to book a table in the restaurant but the receptionist said there were no free tables anymore , it was at least 3, but 7:30 p.m. was probably too late since the restaurant is open till 8 p.m. I asked for breakfast to be prepared for the next day in the form of a take away because of the early departure for ferry to Norway. The reception refused, at 7:30 I was leaving the hotel and I saw employees preparing the breakfast room , so they could give me some fruits or croissants. Staff was horrible. No-one one could answer on my questions in English.

Old and smelly hotel. Noisy floors. It smelled of sewage in the bathroom. The first room we were given didn't have hot water. No cleaning services, even though we spent three days there. No clean towels, we had to "steal" them from the hallway in the morning. Very basic breakfast, very slow refill. Several serving trays were empty when we arrived. Powered scrambled eggs, tasted very sickening! Unfortunately we had to stay here as it is the only hotel in the area.. Stay away if you can!

One of the receptionists was helpful and friendly, this is actually the only positive thing.
