My only negative comment was the bed which was very soft and dipped in the middle. I checked with my colleague who was on a different floor and he also had the same issue so perhaps they need to look at that. I was in room 409

I recently had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff, particularly Kurt, demonstrated unmatched kindness and attentiveness. His genuine care for guests made the entire stay feel incredibly pampering, a level of hospitality I haven't experienced before. The rooms are spacious and offer delightful views. The reception area is modern, welcoming and smells great. Moreover, the hotel is in a prime location, being a 5-minute walk away from the train station (where you have a direct connection to the airport) and being within walking distance of the most tourist attractions. The breakfast has a diverse selection and the staff who manages the breakfast area is friendly and attentive. This hotel truly stands out for its exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and strategic location. Highly recommended for a memorable and convenient stay.

I do wish I had ironing facilities in the room, however I do know the hotel does provide laundry service. But an iron in the room would have been great. I didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on the standard of it, however the price did put me off from booking it.

The Hotel was great! The location is absolutely perfect, it's very clean as you would expect and the staff were lovely & friendly. The bed I found was extremely comfy and the bathroom was to a good standard! I would highly recommend the hotel and if I were to go back to Copenhagen I would definitely stay again.

The heat unit in my room was hard to understand and I could never turn it “off” I found myself sweltering in the room during the night which one should not have to do in WINTER! I even opened the window to get some releif and it was 0 degrees outside. The heat unit requires some English language instructions.

Nothing, there wasn't anything I could think of. We didn't have breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

Fast service, speedy check-in, everything was perfectly smooth. The rooms were clean and of a high standard. We had a great view. The staff were relaxed and informative, couldn't fault them at all. Everything about the stay was seamless. The cocktail bar downstairs had a good vibe and some nice drinks. The interior design was excellent, as you expect from a design hotel Would definitely stay again.

We were told the bar closed at midnight but when we returned at 11.40pm the bar staff told us they were closing up and would not serve us. A beer in the hotel would have just finished our evening perfectly so it did spoil it a little. Only minor but we asked the closing time so we could get back in time.

Everything about this hotel is perfection. The extra touches make it special. It's a 5 minute walk to the main train & metro station, Tivoli Gardens are just opposite along with many bars and restaurants close by. Breakfast was fantastic although a little expensive and not included in the room rate (£30 pp) The room was spacious with a great view of the city (room 916), the bed was very comfortable, plenty of toiletries and a proper hairdryer (not one of those annoying mini ones). Overall an excellent stay and one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.
