Everything. The facilities were amazing. All staff were exceptional in all capacities. The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed. Complimentary water and toiletries in the room but biscuits and pastries available in the foyer.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice lobby and bar. Excellent location a couple of blocks from the old district and across from an amusement park. Hop on Hop off bus stops across the street.

The location is convenient for travellers taking the train, as it is located next to the central train station. The room was clean and comfortable. Our room had a skyline view, which we would recommend if you don’t want to be awoken by the Trivoli Gardens amusement park. We spoke to a young man at the Concierge desk who was extremely helpful with providing us with dining and activity recommendations - thank you!

The hotel is located next to a busy road. The hotel is next to the Tivoli Gardens and the central station (which is nice). Though, to reach the other most important attractions, it's quite a walk (for instance Nyhavn). But attractions are a bit scattered across the city of Copenhagen. There are a few restaurants around the corner, for more variety one needs to go a bit more into the city center.

The staff is very friendly and attentive, particularly in the breakfast restaurant. The breakfast was delicious! The room was clean and had a beautiful view on the Tivoli Gardens/Copenhagen City. Spacious lobby.

Hotel provides access to the gym club in the same building. While they gym is well equipped, it is smelly and not the cleanest.

I had two rooms, one of the 5th and one on the 13th floor. I would definitely recommend room on the higher floors as they have more light and better views of the city (rooms on higher floors are more expensive). Beds are very comfortable, sparking and still water are provided, rooms equipped with beautiful and functional designer furniture. I had a problem with bathroom and the staff was quick to find the solution. Overall, staff was very professional and friendly.

One of the staff were very rude! A male in the dining area can’t remember his name, but he obviously didn’t take a liking to us as he wasn’t willing to be welcoming

They forgot to set up an extra bed in one of our rooms, but it was fixed right away.

It wasn’t clear when I reserved that family rooms are on the third floor. I’m guessing the third floor would have been quite noisy - higher floors are definitely far more desirable because of the views but also the lack of noise.
