The hotel in general exceeded our expectations. We got a corner room at a high level with a fantastic view. The room was both spacious and luxurious and exceeded our expectations in every way! The hotel location was perfect for exploring Copenhagen's prolific number of attractions. (We have been to Copenhagen before and this was one of the reasons for our choice of hotel). We will be back to Copenhagen one day and will be staying at the Radisson Collection Royal Hotel, without question!

the design features give it a truly Danish feel. the lobby is light and airy and the bar area is warm and cosy. the location is great too - it is worth paying for a room with a view over the Tivoli gardens. we watched the fireworks from our window on Saturday evening.

If I had to pick one thing I'd say the noise from outside of the hotel or road noise, potentially a bit of sound proofing on the windows could help.

A lovely, clean, spacious room, really pretty decor, very Scandinavian, really big bed with comfy pillows and mattress. Working Aircon and a phenomenal breakfast, one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had.

The staff in the restaurant were generally excellent apart from our first night when the waitress tried to tell us that we had not ordered the side orders when we clearly had. Just loved the people in reception and the concergie -especially the elder gentleman-Sical?- who had met a number of famous guests. A great location . Will definitely come back if we can get a similar deal including breakfast.

An excellent, central location to explore central Copenhagen on foot. 5mins walk from the main train station if you are looking to travel further afield. The hotel is very comfortable, gorgeous Arne Jacobsen design. Rooms are a reasonable size, very good layout with a window seat and a comfortable chair with still and sparkling water (complimentary). A sense of a separate seating area to sleeping area which is nice. Good shower with a long shelf to store your toiletries. Reasonable hanging space. Good full length mirror. Restaurant was very good food, we had not tried Peruvian Japanese fusion and throughly enjoyed it. Nice bar area and reception seating area. Highly recommend this hotel.

Expensive. Would expect more in room facilities The furniture was but dated and the outside look of the building is very outdated The rooms facing the road are extremely noisy due to road traffic and nearby pubs and bars and plenty of traffic The noise proofing could be better or they should give only higher floor rooms for suites and family rooms as we pay much more for them

Exceptional views, staff, facilities, location. The corner room overlooked the city with spectacular views and was airy (huge bathroom!) and wonderfully decorated. Breakfast was plentiful, staff attentive and eager to make sure you have everything you need - do make time to enjoy the great juices and made-to-order omelets. We even had a few small sweet treats in our room later when the staff realized we were celebrating an anniversary. Wholeheartedly recommended this hotel!
