Breakfast could start earlier on weekends, no chance to eat anything if you leave with morning flight (8-9AM), or at least some takeaway options could be considered. Chromecast on TV was not working - we tried with two smartphones, we could connect, but screen and sound were not shared in the end.

Early check-in (available thanks to Radisson Rewards) helped us a lot as we arrived to CPH with morning flight. Staff was super helpful (aforemendioned early check-in, information about the city, help with ordering taxi to the airport). Wide variety of food available for breakfast, fresh and tasty. Our room was spacious and fully meeting our needs. Also, it was easy to reach by foot the major tourist attractions. Proximity of 5C bus stop made it easy to have a trip to the Aquarium and airport.

Friendly and welcoming staff, helpful prior to arrival too. Clean, comfortable, modern interior. Located just 2 Metro stops away from the city center. Good breakfast.

The price of the beers. and the wine was outrageous. other than that the Barman was very overfamiliar with us and just quoting Irish sayings to us . He was trying to be friendly but !

There was only one tea bag of each flavour so we couldn’t both have a cup of tea, and no milk/milk alternative.

We loved how convenient it was, 10mins to the nearest metro station but nice and close to the centre! The rooms were lovely and clean!

It was a great place. Aesthetic lobby, friendly staff a d nice bar. The location is a bit off if you're planing to walk everywhere but if you're using a taxi, od bike it's great. So no complaints.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Raddison Blu Scandinavia Hotel during my recent city break in Copenhagen, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. It was spacious, with a chic Scandinavian design, and the bed was a dream—soft, supportive, and perfect for a restful night after a day of exploring. The amenities were top-notch, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as complimentary coffee and tea, high-quality toiletries, and a smart TV for those quiet evenings in. Location-wise, it was unbeatable! The hotel is situated in a fantastic area, with easy access to Copenhagen’s main attractions—walking distance to Nyhavn, the Tivoli Gardens, and the city’s vibrant shopping streets. Public transport options were also just around the corner, making it easy to explore further. One of the standout features was the breakfast. Every morning, I enjoyed a delicious spread of fresh pastries, local cheeses, and a variety of hot dishes, all served in a bright and airy dining area. It was the perfect start to a day of sightseeing! Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great local tips and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality made my experience even more memorable. If you’re planning a city break in Copenhagen, then the Raddison Blu Scandinavia Hotel is the perfect place to stay. It combines comfort, style, and a fantastic location, all with exceptional service. I will definitely be back!

The water pressure in the shower was disappointingly low, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the hotel’s location isn’t the most convenient for walking to major attractions.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, enhancing our overall experience. As part of a world-renowned hotel chain, the property lived up to its reputation, delivering a consistently high-quality stay.

Limited breakfast options

Location of the hotel. Several restaurant options to choose from. A casino which has a bar that was open 24/7. We were able to buy some water and snacks even after midnight. We were given a complimentary late check out till 3pm. Housekeeping came around daily to clean room and provide fresh linens and towels

Staff were very nice and the hotel room was nice and spacious. Nice touch to have a mini fridge in the room also. The room had everything we needed and plus the plug sockets have USB-A and USB-C connectors which I’ve seen for the first time in a hotel! Would definitely recommend!

The hotel was fantasic! We had an upgrade as the hotel wasn't full and the views were amazing! We got offered a complimentary glass of wine at 6pm every day and the staff were so helpful!

Good automate coffee, in the buffee, there were fresh fruits, but not peeled and sliced. I would like to put them to yougurt. Perhaps there should be more vegetables. All in all, nice breakfast, with some improvements it would be great.

The stylish and modern interior. The rooms were lovely and good quality. Great facilities. We forgot our adaptors and guest services brought one up straight away. The hotel was very close to the metro, 7 eleven supermarket.

Not enough staff at the front desk - only one or max two (and sometimes none to be seen at all), covering check in and out, luggage and general qs. Ridiculous for such a large busy hotel. Needs a concierge at least. Also, cleaner barging into the room very very early was not appreciated.
