Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. NetherlandsMy recent stay had several areas for improvement: Registration Process: The self-check-in machines in the lobby required me to re-enter all my booking details, only to say my reservation didn’t exist. I then waited at the “members only” desk, where staff tried to sell a membership with one complimentary glass of wine (only available during a narrow time frame). After a long day of travel, a straightforward check-in would have been appreciated. And a glass of wine for my husband wouldn't have hurt. Room Temperature: The room was set to 23°C with no option to adjust it. This was uncomfortably warm for sleeping, especially since I usually sleep at 19°C. Staff promised to bring a fan but never did. Internet: The Wi-Fi was slow and inconsistent (8 Mbps download, 1 Mbps upload), which was disappointing for work needs. Cleanliness: The room had dirty glasses, and instead of hand soap, there were two bottles of lotion by the sink.
It is a nice-looking hotel. The lobby is beautiful. The room is large with a nice view. The elevators are fast. There is always a taxi outside the front door.

United KingdomThe house keeping needs more attention from the hotel management, they did not clean the room although we left the room at 11 am, they just left the laundry in the room and left it without cleaning towels not changed etc. The room was not very clean the glasses were brought with lipstick on them. Night receptionist are not helpful and I felt the guy was a bit rude. The service is slooow I waited an our for vanity kit and reception stopped answering the phone. Bed and pillow are not very comfortable. Finally no AC in the room and it was tooo hot until they brought a fan.

It takes around 25 min by walking honestly I found the hotel expensive according to its' location and facilities. Besides, I dont think the hotel is up to Raddison standards.

United KingdomOur room offering. We booked and paid for a city panoramic view and were offered a car park view. Then having refused this were given another room it was the room were in 2 weeks previously. Guess what the TV did not work. I think they were a little surprised that it hadn't been fixed. We refused the room. Eventually passed to someone more senior and given sn appropriate room. We were told it was an upgrade, the only difference was that it had a espresso machine. We kept getting told that the room we had on the earlier visit was a higher standard and there are two types of superior rooms with panoramic city views. This time we were sldo disappointed that our coffee supplies were not replenished and neither were the towels despite placing some on the floor.
Nice modern hotel, we had been there 2 weeks previously.

United KingdomTV didn't work, told there was nothing could be done as it was the weekend. A young man was sent to trouble shoot, turn it on and off! We didn't ask to move as it was into our 2nd day and were leaving the next day. Neither was it suggested.
Modern hotel, we had a fab panoramic view which we had paid for. We were met by staff on arrival and were booked in smoothly.

United KingdomThe price was rather steep for the offering. Compared to other European cities, I would say minimum 1.5x up-priced. Although it is rather easy to get around by bus/train, the location could be better to allow for walking.
The hotel was clean and modern. The stuff was friendly. There was good variety at the breakfast. Although right at the center, it was easy to get where we needed to be and come back. Very quiet hence suitable for families with children.

ThailandNo obvious reception since they’ve gone self check in. Slowest check in I’ve had in a long long time. No concierge or staff at entrance to show you where to check in (nor to advise guests on other normal issues). EFPOS machines regularly malfunctioned causing customer embarrassment and insisting to set up a line of credit. Other guests also complaining about the above while we were there . Function on the weekend was so loud it was heard up on the 23rd floor while in bed.

United KingdomThe room door would not close without loud slamming as the latch was very stiff. Being adjacent to the lift shaft there was noise from the lifts and the local mobile signal was weak to absent. The wifi signal in the room was patchy with gaps in parts of the room. Probably due to the lift shaft electrics interferring with radio signals. The EasyPark system for the car park was problematic for foreign guests using rental cars.
