The location

Room was very clean and very comfortable. Location is a bit outside the center and there is nothing around this area. Metro station was about 10 minutes walk away so it wasn't too bad.

Some of the furnishings were a little bland and poorly finished. All the water glasses and jugs in the room were coated in marks and weren’t very clean.

It’s a little far from downtown. We didn’t like the electronic check-in. The Buffett breakfast got crowded. It was difficult to get the hot food as it was too high and you hit the heat lamps. At breakfast the servers were very slow to clean up the tables. They turned the heat off in the hotel so we had get a space heater from them. You could hear through the ceilings in the rooms, walls were very thin. When people talked in another room you could hear them. Facecloths were not provided. The light switches were difficult to use. ( they weren’t the normal ones) The lighting in the bathroom was poor.

It was located about 5-10 minutes using public transport but easily accessible.

From the minute we arrived we were provided with a warm welcome and excellent customer service from Hygeia. The facilities were just what we needed for our short stay.

The room was clean, but not sparkling clean, you coud see the limestone in the bathroom and the glasses weren’t clean. It would be nice to have sleepers in the room.

The location was ok, 5 min walk from the subway, room was spacious and enough space for the suitcases, the bed was comfortable, in the room there were complimentary tea and coffee, the staff was nice and friendly. We could borrow the umbrella, as it was raining outside.

No air conditioning in the rooms but they do provide a fan if you ask, the iron in the room is very bad and I could not iron my linen clothes at all. Breakfast buffet had excellent choice, however it is incredibly expensive.

Excellent gym, good location, walking distance to metro and approx 25min walk to the center, close to islands Brygge harbour for swimming

Need to ensure that their check in/out system Is working and if not that staff are on hand to sort out issues. Also servicing of the rooms was only carried out late on in the evening on first 2 days which was extremely inconvenient as we had completely a half marathon in the morning of the 2nd day and staff wanted to come into the room when we were trying to rest. This was not the case on the day we were leaving when staff wanted to clean room at 9am. Organisation needs to be improved.

We were on the 24th floor which afforded a great view of the city and the waterway close by. The room was large, light and airy. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was varied and included good quality products. The metro is just a 7 minute walk and the central areas can be walked to within 25 minutes. Staff were friendly.

The only complaint is the poor WiFi at the rooms. Only at the lobby was a good reception with the WiFi. Also, the noise of the people at the outdoor gym. Slamming the heavy weights.
